Appartamento nuovo all'interno di un bel residence nelle immediate vicinanze del centro storico pedonale. Zona tranquillissima con facilita' di parcheggio gratuito a poche centinaia di metri a piedi, la soluzione ideale per chi come noi arriva in auto. Le strisce blu in zona sono comunque quelle a tariffa minore della citta' (0.75cent l'ora) e valgono dalle 8 alle 20, il che consente di lasciare l'auto tutta la notte vicino l'appartamento.
La sua posizione strategica appena fuori dalla ZTL, consente di raggiungere TUTTE le principali attrazioni in appena 10/15 minuti a piedi.
La zona ha anche alcuni ottimi localini ed in soli 5 minuti a piedi un comodissimo supermarket PAM aperto 7 giorni su 7, fino alle 22.00.
L'appartamento ha tutto cio' che serve ed e' corrispondente alle foto dell'annuncio. Con un comodo balconcino ed una finestra che si affaccia su un tranquillo parchetto pubblico, le stanze sono dotate di condizionatori, il che consente di stare tranquilli anche nelle giornate piu' calde come quelle di questa estate.
La comunicazione con i gestori e' stata ottima ed il supporto per alcune nostre richieste e' stato veloce ed immediato.

Ci e' piaciuto tutto.
Un suggerimento e' quello di mettere in casa una macchinetta automatica del caffe' e non solo la moka.

We had a very good stay! The location is excellent, very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which made it easy to explore the area on foot.
The person who welcomed us was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Another positive point is that you can park your car in the street parking spaces nearby by paying the regular street parking fee.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great location. We would definitely recommend it!
