Room was clean. Bit noisy at night time but I think that was the fault of other guests so can’t be helped. Good location… easy walk to the leaning tower and a supermarket! Staff assisted with booking a taxi to the train station on departure which was very helpful. Overall would recommend for short stays

Fabulous little hotel, very clean and comfy bed.
There was a kitchen for making tea and coffee which was supplied also crackers and biscuits available to help yourself to. A craft of wine in the room on arrival, which was a nice touch.
We had a little veranda to sit out on.
Great clear instructions on how to use the key safe on arrival. Owner also ordered our taxi for going back to the airport. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and courteous greeting on arrival. We were give a comprehensive list of things yo do etc. We enjoyed our one night stay.

It was a very comfortable stay and the personal touches were really appreciated. The service and assistance was excellent and I highly recommend staying here - easy to find from the station and a nice walk to the tower.
