Building is older, a little more run down. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Aside from that the staff working there were wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay!

Check in here during the fall season it was 40 degrees that night but their heater is not running says its not season yet, we can even see our breath inside the room so we called the front desk to let them know that its 40 degrees inside and was told to go walk accross the other building to pickup a portable heater

THIS PLACE!! Amazing staff and views!! They were so accommodating as we had a family emergency that required us to miss the first night, but they completely made up for it by allowing a late checkout. I can’t say enough great things about these people. Also, the rooms with views are amazing. Was a great way to relax and rejuvenate. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

We stayed here because we were visiting family in the area. THe room was very tired and old, and felt like I was in a dorm. THe walls were thin and we could hear everything in adjoining rooms. THe staff was preoccupied with something besides attending to the guests - not sure what - but it was hard to get accurate info regarding the impact of the next morning marathon on our departure. Parking was down the block from the hotel and VERY tight and we got the last spot - not sure if everyone was accommodated.

Very disappointed it was dirty and the parking was very tight and limited especially if you had a larger vehicle. The whole place needs updating including the pool.The location was fantastic.

I little dated and needs some TLC. It is an old building. The people at check in were very nice but the room was small and the floors were a bit uneven so at night going to the bathroom was a couple of downhill steps from the bed. It was a ocean front room and during the night the traffic was a little annoying. Good thing it was off season. Only stayed one night and probably won't return.

Good location but the building is old and antiquated. Beds are hard as concrete and pillows were thin as pancakes. Some money could be spent on some upkeep and improvements.

This place was outdated and filthy. Room had old painted paneling on walls, our door lock was an old fashion chain. Room was filthy and disgusting with a dirty toilet and dirty baseboards. The boxspring was covered in a cover that had yellow stains all over it. The hallway had water stained ceiling tiles. Place smelled of mold. There were bedsheets on hallway floor in a corner with a vacuum. We could not sleep in that filth and only checked in to leave some stuff to go to a local event and came back and got our stuff and left. Stay away from this place,

Friendly and prompt check in. Free parking available. The building was older with some signs of water damage, but overall clean. Had to use stairs to carry luggage up to third floor, which may be challenging for some.

We got a couple of rooms for a girls weekend trip. It did the job! The hotel is a little run down and the rooms are not spotless. However, the AC was cold and there was a minifridge in the room. There was an ice machine and microwave downstairs for your needs. I would say it was pretty perfect for our needs! I would stay again. The only downside was the parking lot. I could barely get my explorer in the lot and that was in the "big car" parking spot which I wasn't even considered a "big car", but it was the only spot open. Very tight spaces, but okay if you plan on parking and staying until you leave. Everyone who worked there was very pleasant and easy to work with. We loved that we had a covered balcony with a view also!

Hotel is old. Our room was on third floor, walk up, we are 68 years old with bad knees. The floor in our room was slanted, not level. Our window looked at the side of the building next door. Parking was down the street in a very tight spot. Front desk staff was wonderful. Lobby was comfortable and nice. Front porch was fantastic. Location was perfect.

The air conditioning wasn't working, the staff was great and replaced the old one with a new one. The room is in older condition but still an awesome experience. The ocean view with balcony was enjoyable to see the fireworks, if your a non-smoker bring some incents.

The room was quaint and comfortable, and I was most impressed by the beautiful and large sitting room at the entrance complete with a fireplace and a combination of old and new style furniture, including an impressive reading desk. Very much the atmosphere of a New England style inn. The staff is also very pleasant.

For the money we paid to stay at this hotel, it was in poor shape. old furniture, no closets, rooms very small. bed had to be against the wall and only one person could walk by. Very narrow room. Rooms didn't offer anything.

After a day of driving, we had to wait (double parked in that very busy area) for a property owed parking spot for about an hour. The only other option given was to pay out of pocket for one. No offer of a late check out the next day or for them to at least pay for the parking to accommodate such an inconvenience for people who had paid for a night in their “best” room with a parking lot spot included. The room was ok for one night, maybe more if you have a good back. The bed was hard as a rock and more like sleeping on the floor. The beach would have probably been more comfortable, honestly. The door of the room was so swollen that it had to be slammed to close it tightly (upon arrival). The shower rod fell down three separate times after using the shower. The final time it hit me from the back (tiny bathroom) which startled me so I hit a very oddly placed towel bar and knocked the part that anchors to the wall off on one side with my elbow. The wall seemed rather soft and soggy, it was the same wall as the entrance door. And on top of all that, they charged me for the repair. Called and left a message saying that it looked like someone fell. No…someTHING fell! I’ll give credit to the quality of all linens, pillows, and the wrap around balcony. The room had a smell upon arrival too. Not a pleasant one…
