Harris House is convenient to everything and it's a very good value. A September stay means lots of easy parking, some of it covered. The heated pool is a real plus. Next time we would ask for a poolside room rather than streetside. Cars looking for boardwalk block parking come and go at the metered spots right outside the room and are very noisy fairly late into the night. We were wakened every morning at 5:45 by the trash truck picking up in back of the boardwalk stores across the street...that was pretty irritating. The staff is pleasant and accommodating, especially the cleaning staff, who do a great job. We arrived an hour before check in and the ladies at the desk were more than happy to let us park and check into the room since it had already been cleaned. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back ...just in a quieter room.

We were very close to the boardwalk and beach, which we really enjoyed that.Taige that cleaned our room was awesome. We felt very comfortable with the staff the only downfall that we had was the parking. overall we will be back.

I just finished my stay at the Harris House three nights Aug 18th to Aug 21st. 2023. I rented two rooms for my family. I did not request, but the rooms were connecting which made it perfect. Rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and I felt right at home. Great location short walk to the boardwalk and beach. They provided beach tags. Went to the beach in the morning, to the pool in the late afternoon and boardwalk at night. My two grandkids loved it. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay, look no further. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back.

Proximity to the boardwalk & beach. Need a towel hook on the wall next to the sink. Need insulated ice buckets which don’t sweat condensation. Better ventilation tub/shower area

This was the 5th stay we have had here over the years. Consistently clean and friendly attentive service. No issues arriving early and being able to park, access the pool and beach tags. Room was ready when they promised. Will definitely return again.

Disappointed lack of cleanliness (ugh stray hair in tub ) sheets were not changed, no explanation card requesting preference re linen was provided. However clean towels were provided A/C did not have adjustable flow vent and air hit bed in a manner that was uncomfortable to sleep Otherwise, true to ad for convenience of location etc.

The room was clean, smelled fresh, enjoyed the distance to the boards and beach. Happy to have received the beach tags but wish you could receive them the day you check in so you aren’t paying. I would say getting one of what appeared to be the last rooms I would prefer a room facing the pool. We stayed in room facing ocean and it was loud day and night. The walls are a bit thin as we heard our neighbors children crying all night. My moms ears will be the death of me cause my child and husband slept right thru it. Overall great experience will hand pick the room next time.

Amazing stay from check-in to check-out. Let me park and get beach tags six hours before check-in. Room was ready early. I even forgot to return the beach tags when I left and they gave me a week to mail them back.

The Harris House is one of the nicest boardwalk hotels that I have stayed in. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and polite. When we walked in, it smelled clean and was very clean and bright. We got there early, but they give you a parking pass and your beach badges so you don't have to wait to go on the beach. I know people in the past have complained about the road noise on the outer rooms, but to be honest, it didnt bother us. This hotel is a stones throw from the boardwalk and we had a blast! I plan on going back again this season, and it can't come fast enough!
