Great hotel, even better front staff. Damian was very nice & helpful. Very disappointed in the greed of hotel management. Price jumped by $40 after learning that another hotel had to turn away their visitors due to a water leak. This management wasn’t happy with a full house, they decided to gouge people also. Sad.

Excellent property. Hotel is beautifully kept. Our room was spacious and updated. Nice menus in the onsite bar and restaurant.

Nice hotel but a bit surprised that the two bottles of water in the room had an attached sticker with price of $2.00 each and the coffee maker had no non-decaf coffee.
Expected more for a $200 room in a remote off-freeway stay.

The guest service was amazingly nice. Felt very welcomed coming through the doors and my room was nice and warm.

Very noisy coming from pool. Disappointed as toilet was dirty. We notified front desk and they sent someone to clean it right away. Later we noticed hair on dispense bottles in the shower. Requested top floor but got first. Told it was full but I paid a week in advance. Beds were too soft for my liking.

Breakfast very overpriced and terrible coffee but the delicious coffee maker in the room compensated. Wish they had a better dinner menu but otherwise another lovely stay

Gave a list at checkout. Foul odor in room, shower was absolutely dangerous as the tub floor was as slippery as ice, had to put a towel down to keep from falling. nail jutting up in middle of room. AC / thermostat was inconsistent. Definitely overpaid for this room.

Pet fee was listed as $25, but the front desk said it's always been $50. Keep that in mind. We had to park in the Applebee's parking lot due to the front lot being packed. No carts available at 6:00 AM the next day to transport our heavy items. The elevator was slow and kept dinging on the floors it wasn't stopping at. Needs repair. Price was double the other locations. Not a fan of this location.

We've stayed here before and it has always been great. The restaurant has great food at good prices. This trip, we found the spa / pool towels were not stocked and I had to go to the front desk for one. We also found hair in the bathtub when we arrived.
We will stay here again, but wish their "attention to detail" would improve.

Overall an excellent experience. My only complaint is the in room paper cups. Wish they could go back to glassware and mugs.

I was pleased and disappointed on the offering fur the high cost of a higher end property. While the hot tub was heated the jets didn’t work (yes, I turned on the jets at the wall control). The maintenance guy came by and when I asked about it he acknowledged the situation.
That being said, the bartender was nice and the chef did a great job with the meal.

They need different advertising. No free breakfast no room service and no beds made between stays. Very loud from hiway and people walking in hall

Beds were rock hard! Front desk ladies were rude tried to switch rooms smelled of water sewage both rooms beds still hard needs updating in bathroom and bedroom

This was not my first time staying at this location. I return because I feel safe in the location. I always park in front of the build for the lighting and an Applebee’s just walking distance. And easy to get back on the interstate.

The property itself is very nice on the outside and quite beautiful on the inside. The staff was friendly and professional. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient.
