This hotel was by far an excellent choice to stay. Front desk clerks were supper sweet and helpful when checking in. My room was very clean thanks to Valerie. Comfortable bed and quiet sleep. Breakfast was very good lots of choices to eat for a hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if traveling this way.

I stayed four days in Hattiesburg. The check in was easy and the young lady was very pleasant and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The staff did a great job of cleaning every day and were always polite. Breakfast was good nothing to much and again the staff were very polite and friendly. Only drawback was the fitness area. All of the dumbbells were missing and there were no wipes for the equipment. Otherwise it was a good stay.

We were pleasantly surprised! We've had some questionable experiences with La Quinta in other locations, but this experience was great. The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean and especially the room. Breakfast was good. Location was good as well. Overall, it was a great stop for us on a long journey. Thanks.

The staff was very friendly but naive. One lady thought I was the cable repair man. I dress business professional so that was offensive. The cable went out on my second day and never came back on. They kept giving me short timeframes so that I would not check out and book elsewhere. You can tell they try, a lot of things were out of their control.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Sunday maids did not clean room. Left clean towels in bath room but did not take durty ones. Also toilet paper ran low. Needed to go to desk for additional TP.

Room had no toilet paper which is crazy but fine, easy to ask from front desk. Rooms are decent but the gym is non-existent. None of the cardio machines worked, cable machine was out of order and all dumbbells were missing with exception of the 50lbs set with one very bent. On a one night routine stay in the area for work and will not be returning.

They don't clean your room, nor bring fresh towels, nor take out the trash until you leave. You have to go to desk to ask for clean towels and garbage bags. They do not take cash for the snacks in the lobby. Not much variety for the breakfast and no flavored coffee creamer. They fridge in the room did not keep drinks cold.

The staff was pleased and professional when I checked in. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only problem was the fitness center. The main resistance machine was broken and there was only one set of rusted dumbbells and treadmills in need of maintenance.

Pretty standard hotel. Clean and decently comfortable. Breakfast was pretty limited but good, waffle maker, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. There was only one waffle maker which created a line. The biscuits and gravy were delicious, with fluffy biscuits 😋 My husband and 1 son checked out the workout room and said it was nice

This is a really nice hotel staffed and run by people who aren’t good at housekeeping. The chair in my room 307 appeared to be a chair that’s been sitting in a garage for years. It was so disgusting I couldn’t sit in it. This is my second time at this hotel and both visits came with issues. 1 floor is too much for 1 person to clean alone. This is what I noticed, 1 person cleaning the floor alone. They need 3 people on the floor. One person focuses on vacuuming and cleaning the floors properly, the other towels and sheets and someone else wiping down everything. A good hi pressure washer would work on the cloth material chairs in the rooms. Those should be leather not cloth but a good pressure washer machine to spray them down will keep them nice and clean. This hotel needs to do a better job at cleaning. Hall carpets should be cleaned using a carpet cleaning floor those obvious spots. You can’t hire people who aren’t clean at home to have the job of cleaning hotel rooms. They will never do a good job. I believe I will pass on this hotel next time around. I never had these issues with the Double Tree down the street.
