Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was, Terrible. Eggs were like rubber and had a bad taste. Sausage was also lacking in “taste”. Ended up getting breakfast elsewhere when we got back on the road!

I went back to this hotel after having an issue the week prior of a soaking wet bed that was discovered upon me getting in it and then feces on the toilet seat in the room they moved me to. I returned the next week because the front desk staff acknowledged that they had an issue with housekeeping on that (3rd) floor and the desk and breakfast staff are wonderful. Things happen and I have had other great experiences there. But this time they put me in a handicap accessible room. The only way to take a shower was with a small hand held wand. The handle that would allow it to be a maximum height of 4’ tall was broken so not matter what I could not have taken a shower. I asked to move to another room, but there was only one available on the 1st floor and the carpet was wet from some kind of leak. I wanted the desk clerk to check the room with me before moving so she saw that the carpet was wet. So I stayed In the handicap room without the ability to shower after a long drive. Upon awaking the next morning, I had bites of some kind on my chest, neck and face. I checked for bed bugs, didnt see any, but something was in that bed ( room 401). After the other experiences I didn’t even report this. These issues pertained to housekeeping and maintenance but ultimately is attributed to management. Unfortunately, now I will not go back.

Very nice clean hotel - we stay here repeatedly however this time we had an isolated incident where our bathroom clearly had not been cleaned. At all. The staff recognized there was an issue with a certain cleaning staff and I’m not going to hold this against the hotel and will stay here again.

Upon check in, there was an issue with either my bank or the hotel or because I used hotels.com to book my reservation. Had to call my bank and the bank rep and the front desk of the hotel were pointing fingers at each other of whose fault it was or what the issue was. No apology from either of them to me, the customer. After that was resolved, everything went smoothly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Always had hot coffee in the lobby at all times! Breakfast is basic. Great location close to interstate and lots of restaurants. Outback Steakhouse is walking distance. Shower only in our room with low water pressure. Aside from the checkin process, we enjoyed our stay.

There were hair strands in the tub and on the bed. A sock from a previous guest was left on the floor next to the trash can. The top linen/duvet cover was NOT clean. I stayed at this same hotel 1 year ago and while it was not the best accommodation ever then, I'm pretty sure I won't ever return.

Our stay was amazing! This hotel is minutes away from shopping, good restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are spacious, queen beds are comfy, the continental breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, muffins, pastries, bagels, yogurt, fruit, sausage and eggs. I will definitely stay again.

An employee screamed at me for asking if they could check if our room was available for early check in and threatened to cancel my room 3 times. The manager said he would look at giving us an adjustment which didn’t happen. 3rd year staying here is probably the last.

This hotel is a fine place if you just need a place to sleep. The bathrooms could use some updating, if not just some maintenance. There was a half finished patch job over the air conditioner, and the inner curtains were designed not to close all the way which was an interesting choice.
Breakfast was fine but limited. We've stayed here in years past and it feels like the lobby has been kept up well but the rooms have neglected.
The house keeping did a good job and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable enough.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The website said the hotel had a bar and restaurant. They did not have either one. Furniture was falling apart. Rooms were dirty and carpet was torn in places. Checked out a day early because of the conditions

Was not clean. Mold, mold, mold. Frint dest staff did change our room without any trouble but it was only slightly better. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had hot and cold items.

It was pretty clean and the staff was nice enough. The glass shower door was off its tracks and the handle was just hanging there. I know the housekeepers saw it because they hung the floor towel on it! In the shower is one tiny bar soap-size tray with nowhere but the floor for shampoo, etc. The sink hot water was brown. I had to fix the toilet twice. The fan never stops running and you cannot adjust it from the wall or unit.

This could be a nice hotel but right now it is not. The room was dirty. (Not pictured- cigarette burn on bed spread.) The coffee maker did not work. The wifi is not good. They had a sign posted that water was $1, but the front desk lady said no, it’s $2. When we checked and it did say $1, she said no there’s a price increase not posted yet. Way to value your customers.

Dislikes: would have liked longer available gym time, some of us arrive late.

I checked in around 7pm and the one staff member was not very friendly or talkative and it took him a while to get me checked in. I had done everything online so not sure what he had to do that took so long. The property was nice enough for the price. They do provide a nice breakfast!

Good, comfortable, quiet stay. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was as you would expect. The King Suite was a good size, but the sofa was a bit tired.
The hotel needs a little updating.
The buttons on the window sited aircon unit were so worn, I couldn’t turn it off, so had to unplug it. The unit had apparently been upgraded to a wall mounted digital display, but that had no batteries in it. Small things, but indicative of management not quite on it.
However, the price point makes it good value for money

This Hotel does NOT have a Restaurant or Bar that is open. It is advertised that it does. It does have a little breakfast buffet but nothing else.
The Hotel is very clean and has everything else that you need. We were just very dissatisfied that we had to go out to get dinner and a glass of wine after a day of driving 10 hours!

I called the Best Western Premier University Inn immediately after making my reservation online to confirm our room had a pullout couch bed that was stated and pictured in a 3rd party app. I also wanted to inform the front desk our family would be arriving around 12:30 am for a late checkin. The woman who answered the phone at 6:30 pm told me she would take bedding to our room and make the pullout couch so we wouldn't have to make the pullout bed late when we were tired. Oh my word, what an angel! Our family has traveled on several occasions over the last few years and stayed at a variety of hotel chains. We have never received such hospitality and thoughtfulness, and with follow-through. We were greated so warmly when we arrived. It felt like we knew her for years and were arriving at a friend's home. I am still in awe of the genuine care and attention we received. Thank you so much!
