We had a great stay at the hotel itself. The worker at the front desk told us where we could park as guests of the hotel but it cost $60 for one night. When you’re already paying to stay at the hotel they should have parking for you. All staff we met were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was an amazing trip beautiful hotel. The breakfast bar was very good. They employees kept the area clean and the buffet full. Love the view from our room it allowed us to see the 911 Memorial. The only thing that wasn’t 100% was the mattress was way too hard, great experience. Great staff.

This accommodation made my weekend in NYC wonderful, because after walking a lot, I had a clean and comfortable place to shower and rest. The atmosphere is wonderful, when I return to New York you will definitely stay there again.

My room heat and air didn’t work, it was stale air. The room was dirty and the staff was less than helpful with any resolution.

Lovely hotel. I really enjoyed being able to text the front desk for anything we needed dropped off while we were out during the day. Many dining options near by and a liquor store right next door as well as some shops. Our room was spacious and had large windows for a view. Also convenient was the subway station less than 5 minutes walking distance.

We are a family of 5 and we booked a studio room with kitchenette. For our stay it was very advantageous to have the convenience of a microwave, full refrigerator and stove. The room was in very good condition and clean. The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Includes breakfast buffet. I recommend it.

This hotel is in a great location—very close to the WTC Memorial, Statue of Liberty Ferry, subways and restaurants. Great continental breakfast included.

I have great things to say about the check in staff and breakfast crew! Answered all questions we had after we checked in a timely manner and filled our special requests! Nice free breakfast, would definitely stay here again

The shower had hair from the previous people staying at our room. The lobby is under construction, so it is very messy and tight space

The lobby is being remodeled. The hotel entrance is not Broadway (hotel address) it’s around the corner. Lobby is being remodeled. Breakfast is below par when compared to other similar hotels. There were no utensils cups or glasses in the kitchenette. Beds were comfy and room was clean but shower floor and wood furniture has scuffs from usage. Sofa bed is small, sofa is overused. Nice Netflix TVs Close to WTC memorial

Checked in and the staff at reception were so nice and explained the building to us. They told us about the complimentary breakfast, which is super rare in NYC, and the updates that are being made to the hotel. It was close to shopping and historic landmarks. Will be booking at this location again.

The TV is not working and the AC is not working and you uave to pay for internet service. At this day and age what hotel doesn't have free internet service?! This is ridiculous!

The Hotel was great the area also great. My only concern is parking. It shouldn’t cost $180 dollars to park in the city to enjoy a New York stay. I was very disappointed in that . I will always return to New York for I am a New Yorker born and raised. I will not drive into the City though going forward. However the hotel and Staff were amazing.

Family of 5 , three teenagers, great to get their large room with the kitchen. You are right across the Metro station. Very welcoming staff and helpful. Good breakfast in mornings. Would recommend

The property is very conveniently located to WTC, Chinatown, Little Italy and Wall Street. One metro ride away from Time Square and uptown Manhattan. I didn’t really like the faucet in the tub, as I found it very difficult to regulate the water temperature without burning myself.
