Location was easy to get to and convenient for a few subway lines. We had mixups at checkin and checkout but the staff very quickly resolved the issues; very friendly and understanding. Beds were big and comfy. View was fun.

I have stayed consistently at this hotel my last few visits. I come in a few times a year due to work my office is a minute away. The staff are always friendly super helpful. the hotel is clean and comfortable. typically the rooms are small. A few nights later I came back with my daughter who stayed with me and i made a note in the reservation and they accommodated with a larger room much more suited for two people at the same price, which was so nice. we loved our stay. i reserved through booking and although it was pay at property so no fee to agent i was disappointed that that night (august 17) didn't count towards my rewards as i had assumed it did when i booked.
