Great location, the staff were also amazing
We booked a larger room and got put in a standard for the first night, it was uncomfortably small and faced the road which was noisy. The staff, however, moved us then to the room we’d book which was lovely, very large, bigger bed and bathroom was nicer. It also faced the back of the building so it was quieter. The only other thing I’d mention is the b’fast is limited if you are staying a while; it’s more a grab and go type situation. I assume this is because the hotel mostly caters to traveling workers who are only there for a night or 2.

Great location and good breakfast. You have all the touristic sites around, wall st, brooklyn bridge, empire state building, times square...

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable.
It's not a hotel if you are expected to deal with your own luggage, navigating the entrance stairs with luggage, and not having a doorman. It is staffed like a Motel. When one of the front desk clerks was able, they found us a luggage cart. They were friendly, just understaffed.
The advertised "Roof Top" bar is only on the 2nd floor in a 31-story building - "roof top" implies a view - we had a great view of the big chain discount hotel entrance across the street. Nice room, nice outdoor terrace, but "Terrace Bar" would be more accurate.
Rooms are small - executive king is so tight the closet is a narrow pantry and the safe is literally under the bed. The is no coffee maker, fridge or mini-bar in the room.
The "breakfast" was disappointing, I've had a better selection at inexpensive motel chains. It would have been ok if I didn't have to wait 15+ minutes when I arrived at 9:30AM on a Saturday after they had already run out coffee before my first and what turned out to be my only cup of coffee before they ran out of coffee again. There were at least six other guests waiting on coffee when they dumped a small carafe of coffee into the large empty urn - it was empty again a few minutes later. They had already run out of OJ before 9:30, There was a selection of croissants, rolls and cereal. It would have qualified as a continental breakfast if there had been ample juice and coffee.
I could have paid 1/2 the price to stay across the street for the same minimal service. I feel foolish.
