The view from the 14th floor is amazing! Right above the Oculus. We reserved the Jr. Suite because we needed the sofa bed for one additional guest. The room was very large and not just by NYC standards. I would consider it large in any city. There's a nice lobby on the 3rd floor and a Tapas restaurant that we didn't have the opportunity to try. Subway stations are very close so easy to get to anywhere else in Manhattan.

Very well located, with a nice city view from the higher floors. Clean, with a nice staff.
The hotel has a food and beverage issue: the breakfast is terrible (you would have more to eat in a 2-star hotel anywhere in the world), with very little options and half of the menu missing, a long line to get a dry croissant and a bad coffee, and a waiter who seems very unhappy to be here. The dinner is not better, and totally overpriced.

Great location
Uncomfortable pillows, no alternatives available when asked. Staff at reception not very friendly.
