Location, the room, cleanliness & comfort
The Breakfast facilities - it was a nightmare!!! Understaffed, we stayed 4 nights and they either sold out, ran out or couldn’t cope every single day and that’s trying at 7.00 am, 8.00 am 9.00-am and good luck with the 10.00 am slot.

The location is perfect and has the most breathtaking views! I booked the corner room, it has two windows, and is very spacious! This is one of the things that made the trip very memorable!
- Some of the staff were quite rude and not very helpful. We asked for a spoon and bowl/plate, as this is a hotel and you’d think they would be able to provide that, however we were told no, they don’t provide such things and that we needed to go to the restaurant and buy a meal there. We’re vegan and there weren’t great options.
- They don’t provide mugs/cups, it’s just paper cups, you get two a day. That’s if the cleaner comes and does your room, in time or at all. We paid a lot for the hotel and sadly the customer service is terrible.
- We were told a deposit would be held against the card, but actually it was taken, around $600, which is a lot of money, I wasn’t aware this would happen. I now have to wait 5/10 working days for this back and will incur transaction fees and maybe lose out due to exchange rates.

The location was nice, although some nights you could hear drilling noises from across the street until 10.30 pm. The hotel provided us with ear plugs. From the 40th floor and above, the city noises fade and if you aren’t very difficult with sleep, it’s not that noisy. Many train stations around, many places to grab a bite. Staff was very polite.
The way breakfast works, should be reconsidered. Queues at 7.30 am for a muffin are never good. We arrived late at night and the hotel couldn’t provide us with blankets, they said they were sold out, the room although booked for a fam of 4, was missing sheets and pillows for the futon.
