Its location.
In-room phone didn’t work. Neither did the Internet connection in the room. Also, housekeeping came in the last day of our stay while we were out, and in the process of refilling the shampoo bottles, broke the adhesive that kept the bottles attached to the wall. It fell on my foot when I jumped into shower. There was a random fire alarm that went off in the hotel, but no fire. Had to walk down 32 floors for a false alarm.

poor breakfast, views were good but not excellent, lobby on ground floor very small. Expensive for what we got

The location was great. The beds were comfortable.
The elevators were very slow. Very expensive for a basic room and no options for room with sofa pullout couches. Very basic breakfast. Check in was slow and several in the group did not get their room till after four pm
