Front desk gal was not knowledgeable about anything. TV didn’t work called to ask for help she laughed and said she didn’t know anything about TV’s Had to wait for maintenance until 11:30 pm. No breakfast and room smelled.

I had woke up at 4:00 a.m. that morning so around 1:00 I stopped and asked what time I could check in (to take a nap). She checked to see what type of room I had requested and, since one was ready, she got me in right then. I was so pleased! I was a bit confused about having a kitchenette but no flatware, plates or cookware.

The lady who checked me in was not friendly and had an attitude while checking me in, on my third night the toilet overflowed and when asking if there was a plumger i could use and keep in my room, she had told me that they don't have any plungers....

This is where I always stay while travelling through Pasco for business. The staff and rooms are great. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Only there to sleep so for a quick stopover it was average. The room had an awful smell - musty and sour. I wouldn’t stay again if I didn’t have to but it wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed. Gentleman at front desk was nice and the property overall was kept.

Comfortable hotel and beds. Kitchen includes sink, toaster, fridge/freezer and cook-top. There are no plates, utensils or pots and pans. They do sell those items in the store in the lobby. They do not have a free breakfast option, but are located near several restaurants. Parking area is well-lit. They have a guest laundry. We will stay at a My Place again!

The location is right off the highway and lots of shopping and options to dine all around the hotel. It was very quite and clean and even got to see fireworks from my window on the weekend.

My room smelled like wet dog, I talked to the front desk and was told they could not do anything as they were sold out which I understand but she was rude about it the next morning another guest person went up and smelled the room and agreed and gave me the information to the manager who called and promised a reduction of fifty percent off and wa free night next time and guess what never recieved refund and he no longer works there and never noted anything I will never stay here again pet friendly means they need to take extra care after pets stay my clothes and luggage stunk or dogs

Slow check-in and the front desk person kept my ID. Had to go back and ask for it after I realized a couple hours later. I would have expected them to be more pro-active since they knew my name and room number.

We liked our stay: however Take your own blow dryer and shampoo/conditioner . Do not get a room next to the ice maker😃

The first room we checked in to smelled bad and there was a blanket and wash cloth crumpled on recliner…we reported to reception & they put us in new room which was better…but overall it felt like budget property & was kind of noisy

Sheets were dirty. Yellowish stain turned out to be candy as I found the wrapper when I stripped the sheets.

The big thank you is that the restrictions regarding pets are not crazy strict. So our Doberman was able to travel too. A couple of pieces of advice: 1. check if there are enough supplies like paper towels and soap in the rooms. 2. check if the tv and remote control are working. Overall we had a good experience.
