Very nice hotel. It was well maintained and clean with the exception of the corners of our bathroom. It wasnt bad enough to keep me from returning though!

Hi Steve, this is 2020 and I don’t remember the decor looking like that so it’s very updated. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast buffet was made and the kids love the pool.

The hotel itself was extremely clean and appeared to have been very recently renovated.
Service was amazing.
Only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were either very stained or dirty. Also, shower made very loud squealing sound and ran out of hot water.

Loved the 12:00 check out time...noone ever seems to offer that so that was a huge plus... my son enjoyed some time in the pool after we checked in..i would absolutely stay here again the price was right, great location to restaurants and shopping...it was perfect for what we needed

The rooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were a little flat and the blankets were thin. But the room was toasty warm so that ended up being ok. Breakfast had good options and was hot and refilled regularly. A little confused as to why the cappuccino machine was only open mon-fri for certain hours but was sitting right next to the breakfast coffee pots. In all it was a good stay and i would definitely come again.

This is the best hotel in the Boardman area -- I've tried several. I stayed in a room with a King bed and the room was spacious and modern. The building was quiet, clean and updated. The staff was very kind. I'll be staying at this hotel for all future visits to the area. Thank you.

This was the best Best Western I've ever stayed and Wife even liked the hotel which is a first. When we come back to Youngstown we will stay there. Please keep up the good work.

The bathroom had no heat. The room itself was fine…good bed, clean. But I was feeling ill with a head cold and a cool bathroom is a deal breaker. The young man who checked us in was great…good sense of humor and very accommodating.

This is my go-to hotel when I'm in the Youngstown area. I've stayed there at least 4 different times and it's consistently a great place to stay ... very clean, with friendly and efficient staff. It has pleasant modern rooms and it's located in a nice area. The price is very reasonable for what you get and in comparison to other hotels in the area.

I know this is a budget hotel, but no housekeeping service, dirty bathroom, rough gym equipment, and collateral/pamphlets everywhere!! I felt the Holiday Inn across the street was getting rough so tried this out. Not staying here again. Front desk ladies were great! That’s about it. Sorry

Have stayed here twice over this past year. Friendly staff, facilitate is clean, breakfast comes with your staff and it's well laid out, portable, simple yet good tasting and has a waffle maker. Will stay here again, next year when in the Youngstown, OH area.
