My husband really liked the breakfast buffet.
I liked the size of the room
I didn't know that I couldn't get my Best Western points by booking thru your booking company.
I thought I was on the Best Western web site and didn;t realize that it was a booking agency until I read my receipt -

The breakfast was good! But I had to warm it up in the microwave. The location was great!! Close to the Canfield Fair, and restuarants that we ate at>

Breakfast was good, nice staff.
Soap all had citris which I am allegic to.
Although I could connect with lap top to the internet thru your password, It was so slow it was totally unusable.
