Fantastic location for a visit to the University of Rochester. Very clean room and bathroom. I used the gym and pool both were great. Highly recommend.

our stay at the hotel was great. We were traveling with our kids to go to the Strong museum. Location is about 10min drive to the museum, also about 5-10 minutes to shops like Target, Walmart, and also Olive Garden (which is a mandatary stop for us when we are traveling in the states). Location is close to a hospital and so there were some sirens through the night but they were not too disruptive. Overall experience was great, room was clean, room size was decent, service was good!

Felt desk staff was unsure of what they were doing. Got someone else’s breakfast charges($100.00) charged to my room. Called to resolve- still left $27.00 of their breakfast charge on my bill.

It’s a little loud on the side of the main road ( across from the cemetery). Will request an interior room next time. Otherwise it was a great stay and would stay there again.

Very clean. Hilton computer system was apparently down so I could not check in until late evening. I had traveled a long way and needed to get into my room to freshen up and prepare a talk the same evening. Staff cited "safety" for them as a reason for preventing me from getting into a room. For > $300 for one night when I was in the room for 6 hours, this is completely unacceptable.

Front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. However, housekeeping was horrendous and rude. I left the room at 8:30am for breakfast and returned around 9:15 am to find the housekeeper had already cleaned my room for the next guests. As I was about to exit the room to check out the housekeeper confronted me asking me why I was in the room to which I explained that I had not checked out yet (it was 9:30am). She was rude and said that I can’t go back into the room. It makes no sense to not allow guest back into their room at 9:30 AM prior to check out. Plus. The room were not clean, stains (red, not sure if it was blood) was everywhere in the bathroom. Stains on the sheets. 5 stars for front desk, 1 star for cleanliness and 1 star for housekeeping.

I rarely give 5 stars since there is usually room for improvement. Hilton isnt usually on my go to list. The lobby, elevator, 2nd floor hall, and my room were squeaky clean. As a bonus, Texas de Brasil shares a parking area. Nice stay.

I chose this place because it said in room dining. When I checked in there was a prominent GRAPPA restaurant in room dining menu displayed on the desk. I called for dinner and they said, "we dont offer room service". What??? they were not apologetic. The man, Chris at the front desk said, "you made your point. do you want to check out?" he was SO RUDE and unhelpful. They should change their website and take menus out of their rooms. VERY VERY bad service. You have to call the front desk for someone to come and clean. but they dont clean. They leave towels and empty the trash. no made beds. no cleaned sheets. Super disappointing. I usually love Hilton properties. Not this one!

The room could be cleaner- there was hair on the rim of the toilet, the mirror was smudged and I found a couple pieces of Chex mix in the closet and underneath the bed. A bit costly, especially considering breakfast is not included in the price. Not enough hooks in the room to hang garments, etc.
