The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The gym area was very small, wasn't room to really do anything in it unless you were on a machine. The pictures online are not of the actual hotel, but renderings. It was clearly an older hotel that was being remodeled, which did not align with the pictures which made it look like a newer hotel. The elevator was clunky and loud, but functional. Overall it was a good stay, very quiet, clean and comfortable, but the hotel didn't align with what I was expecting given the online renderings.

My original room smelled like cigarette smoke ineffectively mixed with deodorizer, and the temp in the room was about 60° due to Housekeeping's efforts to air it out. I requested and was given a new room. That night, I noticed that the water from the faucet didn't warm up, but thought it needed time. No big deal. Next morning, there was no hot water from the faucet or shower, even after running for 15 minutes. I did an icy sponge bath before my early appt., told the clerk upon checkout, and was told I'd hear from the mgr. later that day with some compensation. I called later and was assured that plumbers were in the building and I would hear. I've called 3x since, was assured yesterday that I would receive a credit from the mgr. by email. No email, no call, no email in spam folder.....Nothing. Very disappointing. I live nearby, and won't be recommending this hotel.

There was no pool even though it was advertised as they had one. We were bored in our room the whole time. We picked the hotel for the pool and were very disappointed to find out they didn’t have one. There were loud drunk people in the hall who kept slamming doors and yelling and pounding on walls and kept waking up my baby and making her cry until 3 am. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told multiple times that she wasn’t there and they told me when to come back to speak to her and when I would come back at the time I was told to she still wouldn’t be there. Finally when she was there I explained to her that my baby was woken up multiple times throughout the night due to loud drunk people and her response was “we were sold out last night” and then I explained we were there for a pool and it’s advertised online and we have nothing to do but sit in our room bored and I asked for a partial refund and early check out and she kinda laughed at me and said she wasn’t going to refund half my stay and said I needed to contact hotels and let them decide how to help me.

The room we stayed in was on the first floor, which was great. The cleanness of the room was good i did notice the fan in the bathroom needed to be clean it had black mold on it. Also the toilet seat was loose which is not good for somebody that has a prosthetic and could fall. Also they need more bars in the bathroom as safety. I would say over all my experience was good. The noise volume was well controlled as well.

Booked under the assumption there was a pool due to advertising on hotels website and Expedia, however, pool was closed and had been closed since December. Staff was rude about it and stated it was said on the website but when showed proof of it not being stated just shrugged shoulders. Hotel roomed smelled not fresh, and elevator made creaking and load noises. Will never go back to this place, did not even stay the night but was still charged full price and was not even offered partial refund for the false advertising.

Most rude and disrespectful late night front desk person of all my experiences in hotel stays of my whole life yet! I had unexpected visitors come late night and no one had been disruptive nor rude and certainly hadn't made a disturbance! Even as I only had the last come rudely and loudly banging upon my door to rudely snap her neck and fingers while speaking as if I were her disappointing child that's done something again disappointing to her. I had not done anything for this treatment as immediate as my opening the door to address this knocking while included as I was to see the front desks reason coming to my door and to inform them of my status with what ever might be needed to inform of things. Never received a phonecall seeing as the phone was never hooked up to the wall just set beside the bed with the image of it up and running but it wasn't plugged into wherever the hidden wall unit for the phone was to hook it up. So this banging on the door and rude lady unjustly ... This is not a place anyone should stay
