Very clean, and had everything we needed. Staff extremely welcoming even though we arrived before the official check-in time.

As others have noted, this property needs renovation. But, the room is large and clean. Good location as you can walk to downtown and Whakarewarewa Maori Village. The motel is on a busy road but is not noisy at night. The owner is helpful. Note that the office is not open often. Breakfast is not included.

Enjoyed my stay as comfortable beds, spacious, friendly and very quiet at night even though it is a busy street. Walkable to Central mall, movies and restaurants. Value for money and friendly.
