we were offered the use of a beach umbrella at no charge....the umbrella needs to be trashed, it was broken.

Our stay was great! It was the perfect place for a long weekend! The best part was the service! The manager of the hotel was amazing! He was very welcoming and provided us with information you can’t learn on line. He gave recommendations of restaurants and some must sees in the area!
The hotel overall was clean but the shower ceiling did have some mold. Even though beach chairs and umbrellas were given as a curtesy, they all were old, falling apart, and rusty.
My overall recommendation wouks be to definitely stay here again!

Last minute booking was expecting a dive! Surprisingly the front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful! Clean and quite comfortable room. Would recommend!

A nice place to eat, sleep and play on the beach. I’d love to own this gem! It may not have all the amenities of a larger hotel but warm, friendly staff and a lot less of a price of the larger hotels.

This is a gem of an old school Florida hotel. Situated steps from the beach and within walking distance of everything you could need. Friendly, helpful manager and funky beach deor made this a pleasureable stay. Well equiped and comfortable. Great value.

The property was well kept and a small, quaint hotel. Robert was very friendly and informative. The beach is steps away and even John's Pass was a nice walk .

Lack of staff, difficult to get checked in.not everyone is together 100percent of the time. What kind of place doesn't have any staff on site at check in time? Awful check in method

Cute little motel, with parking and close to the water. There's a little cafe above the lobby of the hotel next door that serves good coffee and breakfast foods. That same hotel also has a nice tiki bar around back. The Beach House has nice rooms, I was in a studio. It had a small refrigerator, a microwave and a two burner hot plate (in a cabinet) along with a pod-type coffee makes (and three pods), glasses, mugs, dishes, utensils and basic cookware. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great on the shower. Yup, I'd stay there again.

We had a wonderful time! It was a short pitstop in the big picture of our trip but it was a very short walk to the beach and that was the highlight of the whole trip as far as my daughter was concerned.

The owner of the property is really nice! The property is well located. Amazing restaurants near and the owner will recommend the best restaurants. Had a great time! I will be back.

The Beach House Hotel is a clean, pastel walk down memory lane. It is two blocks from the turquoise Gulf and a short walk from great seafood restaurants. The Beach House is on Gulf Avenue and there are several low cost transportation options so no need to rent a car. Grab a ride from the airport and park yourself. Robert makes you feel at home and it is very helpful.

Robert. He is the BEST host! His character and personality make this little gem even better. We absolutely loved our time spent at the Beach House and will be back as often as we can! Rooms are clean and quaint. Location to beach is just perfect! You will not be disappointed if you chose to stay here.

It was a very nice place.
Something you cant change,
It would have been nice if the air conditioner was in the living room instead of the bedroom , because of the noise.
Otherwise, we would come back again.

We liked the short walk to the beach and the outdoor sitting options. Parking was convenient. There were several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Robert, the manager, was awesome and very helpful. Our only complaint was the lack of drawer or cubby storage for clothes, since we were there for 5 days.

The “tips” only ride up and down Gulf Blvd. was a nice convenience and the drivers were local and offered great info. Of the area.

The colors and decor were fun. The location is good with easy access to the beach(no view). The motel only has 10 rooms which made it nice and quaint. The rooms are small but clean. The only big drawback is the tv in the bedroom is in a ridiculous spot, and could be better situated. It was good for the price.

Wonderful staff!! Very friendly and down to earth. Adorable rooms and very short walk to the beach. Definitely my new go to place to stay when visiting the area! Was close to great restaurants and shopping as well.

My kids and I had a great stay! Super friendly staff and knowledgeable about the area. Located really close to beach access and was within walking distance of food and shopping. Hotel was clean and very cute! Bed was comfortable and my kids slept on the futon in the living area. Amenities were great.

Rooms were astonishingly clean and well equipped for how budget friendly this place is. Was stocked with silverware and essentials as well as a electric cooktop and convection oven. Would most definitely stay at again.

Self check in and out are very nice, and it’s a whole 1 minute walk from the beach! This place was awesome!

We Got there very old , but very clean and tottally my mistake there was no pool or any view of any kind so we chose to leave and not stay there.So if you dont care if there is a pool or a view it would be a great place to stay.
