The sylvan setting of this B&B is veery peaceful, with well-kept grounds and nice ourdoor seating areas. The staff was very helpful with one of the owners carrying our bags to our 2d floor room and bringing them down upon checkout. The building was very quiet, and the pool table on the ground floor provided some self-entertainment.
The continental breakfast was delicious with homemade scones and fresh fruit available as well as yogurt and homemade granola.

The owners Marla and Tom are so gracious and helpful. They have so much knowledge of the area. They greeted us by name when we saw them. Provided amazing home baked goods and recipes and also provided a personalized sack breakfast and lunch for us to take when we left early to take the MV Frances Barkley to Bamfield. They treat you like family.
