Room was just like the picture. However hotel location was terrible, you have to go thru an alley to get to it, so you need a car or have to use a taxi which can be very expensive. It is very far to Taipel city where all the the attractions are located. Rooms are spacious but have no closets, and only a small breakfast is offered no other meals are available. The staff does not speak English however the manager Roger was outstanding he spoke English and helped us with everything from ordering taxis to ordering food.

Rooms are large and beautifully done. The family room's design and amenities could rival 4 or 5 star hotels. Free breakfast was good. Small downside is the location, you need a taxi to get to the nearest MRT station. Elevators are smallish but very smooth.
