Although a bit “rustic” inside and out, not a bad place to stay for the price. Best: Refurbished bathroom & very clean room.
Note: had a kitchen and coffee maker, but you need to bring your own coffee. Fridge was not plugged in so lost its use for 1 day. No A/C but the nights were cool and were never hot, even when the days were. Could be noisy during the day but very quiet at night - little to no traffic. Big plus - is it’s across the street from a nice beach area with facilities and restaurants and a convenience store are within 5 min walk. I would stay here again.

Will definitely be back. Our room was very spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. The price accurately reflects what you get but was very clean and no complaints for the location. Walls were kind of thin but everyone seemed to be on the same schedule so was no issue.

Updated room interior, very clean inside. Dog friendly with dog park across the street overlooking Lake Tahoe.
