Newly refurbished room, first night TV’s did not work. Living room heater did not work at all. Plug receptacles on bedside sconces for charging devices would not hold plugs, they slide out. Two plug receptacles in bathroom had no power for hair dryer, had to use a plug in living room wall that barely reached the bathroom mirror. Nice to have low flow toilet, but, the shower took forever to get hot wasting a lot of precious water in the process. On the second morning I could not get the water hot. I washed my hair in very cold water, standing outside the shower. I then heated water in the microwave to wash up in. The garbage disposal did not work. The TVs were fixed on second day, but the living room was too cold to sit and watch. The staff was apologetic and offered another room, but I had a dog to move along with repacking everything. I stayed in the room next door last June and did not have one issue. The renovation is sloppy at best, leading to a lot of discomfort and dysfunction.

I requested a 1st floor room over a week ago and when I checked in they gave a first floor room to the person who checked in right before me.

I was disappointed and delayed after I called the day before arrival & was promised an early checkin. When I arrive the lady has no idea & our room wasn’t ready. I also asked the pullout be made up - it wasn’t. There was no bedding in the room for it. I had to go to front desk & get it. The pullout was terrible - old and uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Nice hotel in an office park area, with lots of shopping in the area. My only complaint is that the linens didn’t smell fresh, but we were there only one night.

I was double charged for our rooms and when I finally talked to the manager he yelled at me! The beds were uncomfortable and there was a mouse trap in the breakfast area!

This was absolutely perfect. The suite had everything i needed. Plus it was close to the shopping center, fast food restaurants, and close to salt lake city. I enjoyed the mountain views, the room was clean and did not smell. Overall the staff was great, the girl in the morning and the lady at night are nice people. Thank You

We had requested a crib ahead of time for our infant and they said the only one available was not in good enough condition to use. No internet available for our 3 night stay, ran out of coffee cups and then ran out of coffee. Never towels at the pool. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable but was disappointed our overall experience.

It was such a lovely place! It had everything I needed and the receptionist was so helpful and so very kind. I had came in with an elderly and she quickly asked if I needed assistance. It may not seem much to anyone but customer service and kindness is hard to find these days when you are in a public place. The room was very clean and so comfortable and everything included breakfast, amazing!! My sister joined us this weekend from out of state and we had a nice girls weekend. Thank you for an amazing experience staying at your hotel! I will be returning! Five stars!!!
