It was just ok. Breakfast was good. The room was disappointing, no dresser no night stand, 1 office chair and these 2 rolling red squares, I guess they were ottomans, but no chairs so why these rolling red squares?

Hotel was nice and the breakfast was good every morning. The room was a good size and we enjoyed using the gym and pool. Great location by itself. There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot.

The room was quiet, clean and well appointed. However, the toilet paper was thin and harsh, the mattress was overly firm, and the WiFi was unsecure. In fact I asked the front desk if the 'premium' WiFi available for $5/day was more secure and was told that it was not. Surprised that they cut these corners for a fairly expensive room.

After the long 5 hour drive to Reno and attempt at staying at another hotel in downtown “ended up being a scam” this was our last hope. The room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Also the heater/ac must be on the outs because we set the room temperature to 70 and it was either to cold or too hot never in between.

From 10pm to 6am, I can hear unexpected sound from almost every room in the building. Even steps on floors are that clear! So bring your ear plug with you!

Absolutely love the accommodations in my initial interaction with staff. However, when my trip was cut, short employees were not able to or were not willing to help me with a refund that was protected with booking insurance. This was very disappointing to me because the email concerning booking protection said if you need help contact this number and the number was to the hotel that I was staying at and the staff there. could not accommodate me. It was eventually handled by management.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. It was very clean; the room was spacious; comfortable bed. However, the breakfast could include a variety of hot food items; but not a big deal.

For the most part everything was great. The breakfast was good, the pool area clean. My only complaint was the wifi. My grandson logged in on his tablet and I was unable to gain access on my lap top. I cannot confirm, but it seems like only one access per room, which has never been an issue anywhere else. The night before we stayed at the Holiday Inn and did not have any issues. Also, an additional $4.95 per day to upgrade wifi is ridicules.

The room was absolutely fabulous. It was super clean which is a plus. The only thing that was a down fall, was that we got 2 keys upon arrival. We wanted 1 more. After getting the one additional, it canceled out our other 2 cards. When we took them back to the front desk the gentleman behind the counter said "Yeah that happens". If he knew that he should have given us all new cards. We just spent 13 hours driving and just wanted to rest and not deal qith something he knew was going to be an issue. But overall, it was great hotel, the card situation would not stop me from returning. Just saying so maybe they can fix that issue.

Beautiful property, lobby, and rooms. Great, friendly customer service. Wonderful breakfast. The only disappointment was the pool room smelled so musty that I chose not to swim.

Staffs were professional including the breakfast area staffs. The area from the front desk, hallways elevator to the room were cleaned. Convenient and well lit parking area. Like the patios and fireplace area to relax.
