Met expectations. Front desk staff very accommodating.

A good hotel for the night. Breakfast is the usual hotels breakfast. Staff is nice. Rooms are okay, our rooms was missing some stuff but overall is fine

If I could give zero stars I would. First, the toilet in the bathroom was dirty on the inside and on the seat when we checked in. Went back downstairs to let the girl at the desk know. She switched our room. This room, the shower curtain was so dirty at the bottom we didn’t even shower. The pillows are not actually pillows. They are size of couch throw pillows and I don’t even know what was inside of them. I didn’t grab a photo of those. Then at 11:40pm while I was sleeping in the room with my 11-year-old daughter, the same staff member from the front desk entered our room! I yelled out and she went “oh someone’s in here?” And then left. Then again this morning while getting dressed a male staff member entered our room. No knocking. Nothing. I believe his name was Alex they said. He was very apologetic but said the room was marked as vacant. This was the worst experience in a hotel I have had ever. Awful. When I was checking out I was told I checked out yesterday. I checked in yesterday. Then she asked my name and said oh that’s not you. Dirty. Uncomfortable and unsafe with random people entering your room. When I explained all of this to the girl at the desk during check out she didn’t really say much. It was suggested that I contact the general manager at a later time. They did not offer to call her or anything. Forget to mention the white blanket on the one bed was stained. I got a picture of part but not all the staining. TV remote stopped working too.

My husband and I have been staying here for years to visit family. It’s a nice little low budget place for us to stay for cheap at a clean location. But over the last year or two we have noticed the place is getting run down - there’s almost always something in the room that doesn’t work properly. This time, we had to wait to check in so they could finish cleaning the room. When we finally got in, there was a dirty sock in front if the bathroom and the floor was dirty. There was purple stuff smudged on the comforter and the shower head was broken. The worst part was when we returned from dinner later, the room wreaked of pot. The last few times we have checked in, all we smell is weed from someone near us smoking. This was the worst experience so far though - we had to sleep with the window open as far as it would go, but that didn’t help with the smell that seeped into the blankets. The staff there are incredible - we really appreciate how friendly they are and have become friendly with some, but after this trip, I do not see us staying here again.

The hotel was nice for an overnight stay. Our only issue was when we checked in and was told there was a $250 security deposit which was refundable. Never had that before and was not told before booking.

Very clean Microtel Inn compared to others. I was surprised by that, but happy to see and stay at one.

Got to the hotel at 1am. They claim to not have any rooms available. Currently sitting in the lobby waiting for a room. They said it would be at least 40 minutes.

The location is very convenient and the hotel was immaculate. The room was smaller but well equipped with a desk, sofa bed, refrigerator and microwave. Everything was in working order. Rates were reasonable for a Saturday night but the $250 security deposit hold is a bit excessive. Even the center city luxury hotels don’t charge that much. Makes me a little concerned about the guests staying here and what kind of past roubles they’ve caused.

Check in was easy and quick. Room was a comfortable temperature when we arrived. Shower was HOT HOT. Breakfast was fab- eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles!! My one problem was the pillows- they were half size pillows and they were uncomfortable as all heck. Woke up numerous times in the night with cramps. Everything else was amazing- just bring your own pillows!!

Clean & comfortable. Hotel shuttle to & from airport was great. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff

When we got into our room we discovered our bed sheets had food crumbs and yellow stains on them. No idea what the yellow stains were, whether bleach or something else. We told the evening crew about it and they didn't act surprised, but they did give us a new room. Those new room sheets had pen marks and red stains, though much less noticable. They did seem to be clean otherwise. On the positive side, breakfast was good.

The property itself is very nice. The room was for the most part clean. The bathroom definitely needs some attention. The tub was broken and patched in a section as where some of the areas of wall around the toilet.

Great place for a simple quick overnight before a flight. Easy parking and transportation, felt my car was safe there, well lit. Shuttle was quick picking us up from airport. Staff at desk was helping us figure out the tv, she even came up to our room to show us. Guy who was setting up breakfast was very helpful with making sure we got something before we took off for our early morning flight eventhough they technically were not open yet.

There were only three tiny pillows to sleep with. Only two towels to use the first night. There was no body wash or shampoo in shower. Water power in shower was weak. And they said there would be breakfast every morning starting at 6:30. One day there was no breakfast.

Credit card hold is too much, twice as much as the room and it is a hold for 4 to 5 days. I waited 1 hr for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport.

The 24 hour shuttle was great from hotel. Shower had missing trim and coffee station in room did not have stirrers but room was clean.

When they gave me the room key the room was dirty and a mess so was the bathroom then when they gave me the right key the front desk people were nasty and had a attitude

Convenient shuttle ride from PHL. Close to highway and slightly noisy at night. Otherwise, a good experience.

Festival, We stayed for four days, and they never cleaned, never changed towels, neither to get the trash. And at the end, we forgot a brand new Bose headphones in the hotel, and they didn't want to return them to us. We were absolutelly sure that they were on the top of the night stand.

Hotel was clean . Staff friendly . Would definitely stay again

It was great however please include heavier blankets during winter seasons

I like the hotel, priced fairly, we usually stay here when visiting PA, don’t like the pillows on bed to small, and exhaust fan in bath didn’t work, all in all , the hotel is comfortable.

Got in late from flight. Room was disgusting. Hair on bathroom floor and in shower. Hair also on table next to bed. One pillow had stain on pillow case. Room also smelled

Best place, staff is great, convenient to everything!

The room smelled a little mildew but the lobby was decorated great. There was little holes in the wall nothing that can't be fixed very easily and the bathroom could use some a bit help. But I would stay there overnight again
