It was difficult to get service at the front desk. The bed was very uncomfortable. It could have been a little cleaner.

Room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Routine maintenance could be better like paint chips on walls. Overall it was a good stay.

The man who checked me in was pleasant and efficient. He proactively ensured that a 2nd floor with no elevator was ok and explained the amenities. In the morning, when i couldn’t get an exterior door to open, the lady showed me a little truck with it. Refrigerator worked well. Comfortable bed. Shower drained well.

My only complaint was contacting the hotel after we left for a lost hearing aid. I will stay again.

I have no idea why this property has such a high rating. In my room, The couch was stained with what I can only guess was body fluids. The curtains had brown stains. The corner of the desk was chipped; there was no dresser in the room at all. The bathroom had some kind of yellow spray stain on one wall. The sink is literally out in the middle of the room sort of, so no privacy for brushing teeth or whatever. The front desk worker was rude and condescending with me.
This was definitely a lesson in me getting exactly what I paid for. $75 weekend night stay was exactly that.

It was OK. It had a ceiling fan.
Someone's TV was on during the night and you could hear people talking in neighboring rooms. And the refrigerator was more of a freezer.

I've stayed at several 2-3-star hotels in Lincoln, and this is my favorite to date. While the hallway carpet showed some wear, the room was great: everything was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, and it had more space than a standard hotel room. Staff were friendly and helpful in the few interactions we had.

Room was clean but outdated furnishings. Pretty basic. Minimal breakfast options. Ok for the price though.

Arrived at midnight, having made the reservation on my smartphone in the car about 3 hours previously and forgetting to mention my husband's temporary disability. Walked in with my husband limping using a cane and the first thing the front desk clerk said was, "It looks like a second floor room might be a problem; we don't have an elevator" and promptly switched us, without even asking, from a second floor king to a double double handicapped room on the first floor. The outside door lock near our room was very touchy and sometimes didn't work at all and the breakfast was OK - nothing special, but the beds were good, the hot water plentiful and overall a very good budget lodging.

NOT clean. Actually had a dirty towel which had been refilled and put with the clean towel … needed vacuumed …. Urine spots on toilet rim and floor.

I got my room key and went to my room, which was a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet or was still possibly occupied. They did put me in another room right away but it was a little frustrating, especially after not being able to check in when I first arrived as I was a little early. The cleanliness was a little suboptimal compared to other hotels but I didn’t spend much time in my room.

Stayed on a Saturday night during football season. Price was reasonable and location was good. Room was cleaned and comfortable. Only issue was the key card would not work, front desk person helped us get in.

Michelle and Tiffany are excellent! Front desk personality plus. Very helpful. A couple in front of me had an issue with their reservation because they checked in early because of the football game. Michelle got it handed with much attention to getting it right. I personally had a great experience.

The room was clean, but one of the queen beds had lots of stains on the bedspread. Also, the same bed had indents that looked like someone's head and body had laid on the pillow and bed after it had been made. Needless to say, my wife and I slept in the other queen bed that looked and felt fine.
