Pool closed and one elevator not working. Other than that stay was good. Easy to check in and check out. could use a few more benches or accommodations outside. Water pressure in shower could be better. Shower slippery.

This is by far the most horrible Holiday Inn Express. My wife, kids and I always make sure we stay at Holiday Inn Express for hotel stays. This was the most exspensive room we've ever paid for before, and at the nastiest hotel at that. We enjoy Holiday Inn Express breakfast at every hotel... this morning I was afraid to eat at this hotel! The hotel first of all is in a horrible location! Secondly, the smell is awful, there were knats on the wall in the hallway, and eveywhere in the bathroom. The room was uncomfortably hot even with the ac on low, and the bathroom was so disgusting. We maybe stayed here all together 4.5 hours after paying over $200.00. We did check in at almost 2 am from the long drive, but left a little before 7am. We went buy breakfast instead of eating the free breakfast there. Don't waste your money here unless you want to be afraid bugs are crawling on you.

Service was excellent. Though renovated fairly recently it seems, it’s still an older hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. One elevator was out entire stay. Seen roaches on floor in lobby near doors. It was a very rainy weekend and that could explain that. We did not take advantage of breakfast but it was a nice area and they had plenty to chose from.

WE COULD NOT CHECK IN WHEN WE ARRIVED. CHECK-IN TIME IS 3PM, WE ARRIVED AT 5PM AND HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR. THE DOOR DID NOT WORK. IT WOULD NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. IT SMELLED AND WAS NOT CLEAN. IT WAS NOT WORTH THE ONE NIGHT PRICE, $184.92.

The hotel is ok. Nothing fancy. It was just ok for us to stay a couple of nights while in town for a wedding. The bedding and room condition was just ok; nothing luxurious. The best thing about the hotel was its staff. Everyone that I encountered was very nice, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The front desk staff was very accommodating.

The room (wheelchair accessible) was clean and comfortable. However, i had an uninvited guest in the suite living area. Lying dead on the carpet was a mouse!!! I took several pictures which i showed to "Paul" on my way out to a concert. They could not move me - no empty rooms due to two concerts and a dog show. However, he did comp my room, and was very gracious about it. The mouse was retained to show Management. I wont stay there again but i repeat - they were very kind and comped my room with absolutely no complaint.

They were a little slow at check in, no one was at the front desk early evening. All the rooms were no smoking, but the first floor clearly smelled like weed down the hall. The front elevator was down, so we had to take the back elevator, which was alright, but the front stairs door to the inside of the hotel was locked, so we couldn’t get back in.

The Staff was very nice and friendly. The issue was the floor I was put on smelled so bad like pot, it was unbearable.

We had a great over night stay. We had the king room and it was very modern. The room was clean and had plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and I loved the pillows. The free breakfast was very good, warm & fresh! Everyone greeted us and were very nice.

The room was really nice. Up to date TV, the room got cool pretty fast after I turned on the A/C. Staff was nice & breakfast was pretty good. The only complaint I have is there weren't any toilet paper in the bathroom and I had to go down to the desk to get a roll instead of someone bringing it up to me.

Front desk were so nice it’s doesn’t and so welcoming! That’s the very important, they greeting theirs guests very differently with the other bigger hotel that I stayed a week before! Thanks holiday inn we’ll comeback soon!

It was fine fine an overnight stay, quiet on our floor, and I slept well. The furnishings in the "studio" area were a hodge podge of unmatched pieces, there was no table for a "suite"; it was furnished more as a 2 room studio. The Keurig didn't work.

The heat/air unit leaked, so the carpet was wet in the room. The air unit was loud so i turned it off only to listen to the air units in the rooms next to is. There was a dirty rag left in the roo. And no soap in the bathroom to use for the sink. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

When we checked in they had labeled us as a “no show” and put us in a different room than the one we had reserved. Room had no hot water whatsoever and hair still on the bathroom floor, so we both took cold showers at 3am to ring in the new year. Hot water still didn’t work the next morning, so when we checked out we told the hotel clerk and she said no one else had complained like we were making it up

Beds were not comfortable, they were broken down. There was dust in several places. There was also no hairdryer in the room and I called for one. I was told they were all locked up and no one can get access to it except the manager.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, the room was clean, and parking was ample. The only downfall was that the pool was not open and with two kids, we were very much looking forward to that, and all they did for that was 'nor charge the deposit' which I think is garbage. A hotel in the deep south, you expect to be able to swim when it's 90° out.

Area around the property is not safe to walk, pool was closed for maintenance and cable was not working. Other than that it was a great place to stay, very cooperative, friendly and supportive staff. Cabs available at all hours.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was so polite and pleasant. The only thing I didn’t like was not having an microwave in the rooms.

I have no complaints of the overall cleanliness of the room or hotel, more the outside of the property. One of the elevators were broken, a door to the outside did not work and the staff was aware of this. Inside the door was a ramp and the ramp had holes you could see the once utilized steps.
I also had to go to the front desk to get hand soap, as the room did not have any.
The breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. AC was perfect and the staff were all very friendly.
