I had a wonderful stay at Dear Hotel Madrid. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel itself is modern, attractive, and kept in excellent condition.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. One of the best features of this hotel is its fantastic location. It is right in the heart of Madrid, on the city's "Broadway" (Gran Vía), and directly across from Plaza de España, making it easy to explore many of the city's attractions on foot.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dear Hotel Madrid to anyone visiting Madrid.

Dear Hotel was a perfect boutique hotel located in the heart of Madrid. There are many restaurants and stores nearby and it’s close to the metro. The hotel has a very small pool but it was a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. The view from the rooftop was spectacular! The staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations of things to do. Gianmarco was truly the best! He always welcomed us with a smile. Our stay was nothing short of amazing.

The hotel is centrally located while being just outside the crowded area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
