Very beautiful decorated for Christmas. The staff was very helpful when the hotel I had booked had closed. Even with computer problems they were nice and offered to let us change clothes so we would not miss our concert. We got lucky and were given a room just in time. I will book his hotel again if I am every in the area.

Hotel is old and unappealing. There was no signage and we were unsure we were even at the right place. Front desk clerk has the energy of a rotten tomatoe...Our room,upon entering, was freezing and took nearly 3hrs to warm up (Temp was in the 30s outside). Appears riom hasnt been used in days. Phone was unplugged and bedside light was flickering off and on. Following cord, it was plugged right behind the head of the mattress. It was plugged into a three way that was plugged into the socket. The pressure from the mattress was bending the cord and making it flicker. FIRE HARAZD. Tv was a 32 plasma tv and for 155 a night was thoroughly pissed off. Decor was old, cobb webbs and dead spiders in the window sill and floor. Room is small and i dint know who gave this place good ratings? Must be them old heads of the staff. Either was, this place was depressing.

Check in was very slow because only one staff member at the front desk and there was a line. Probably took about 20 minutes. Property is gorgeous, just like heaven!

The front desk clerk was on training and was left alone to deal with customers. Since the cleaning crew left and didn’t finish cleaning all the rooms we had to change from the original room and was given a room with double bed instead of a king. The first room that was given to us was old, smelly, the furniture looked like it was going to fell apart. It needs a good renovation. The ac unit was loud and the room had a view on another hotel room. I couldn’t believe they were changing $200 for a night. So we went back to the front desk and requested another one. we were finally given a room which looked like the pictures they have online. I will not recommend this establishment. I will give 5 stars to the front desk gentleman who helped us.

This place is a solid three it’s in a bit in disrepair. It’s a little old and tired. The staff were nice, and the view can be pleasant.

We were given a room with a view of the airconditioning on a roof. There seemed to be plenty of vacancies, and I don't know why they would not give us a room with a view of the mountains and/or lake. It was disappointing.

Great stay would come back again. The view is amazing overlooking the lake and the mountains. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The place is quite charming to come see.

Lambuth Inn was beautiful. The room was super clean. The Front Desk was super helpful. Expedia ruined whole my stay while we arrived late and we didnt have a room reserved. We were in hotel for about an hour to figure out what are we supposed to do. The front desk lady tried hard to help us and finally she helped us not Expedia. This Inn should be reserved directly through the hotel channel.

Room with a view lf the lake was nice. There was no ice bucket in the room. There was no kind of drinkware in bathroom , for brushing teeth! Had to sip out of faucet to rince !! Overal , it was ok. Enjoyed the lake.

The Lambuth Inn is a lovely old fashioned inn overlooking Lake Junaluska. Love the rockers on the verandas and lovely secret garden that adjoins it.

Great check in and love the front desk clerk. Room was clean. Parking is less than ideal and there was loud music blaring from an adjacent property all day. Bed was comfortable but pillows were mushy. Nothing really to grip about just not my cup of tea. Have family in Canton and will stay again. Overall worth every penny and if they do some upgrading could be even better. Recommend without hesitation.

The property is very nice. Old historic hotel. Beautiful building. The area around the property is very beautiful. Amazing lake and views of the lake. A sort of spiritual retreat where God is emphasized and you can experience his goodness in all the beauty and nature of the place. Highly recommend to anyone seeking renewing of spirit and peace for your soul

We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor garden next to inspiration point and access from the hotel. I liked that we could open the windows in our room. breakfast was wonderful and the copies a nice surprise.
