We won't be back.

Beds were comfortable. Location was fine.

Free breakfast left a lot to be desired. No salt was available. Would have been nice to have access to a microwave. Milk was sitting out with no refrigeration. Asked for the juice to be refilled. Two servings were added to the pitcher. There was noise until about 12:30 both nights. Beds were not made when the room was cleaned each day. Area around the beds and in the bathroom needed vacuuming. Observed bugs crawling on the ceiling. TV was difficult to operate. Had to go in and reset the input each time it was turned on. Internet had to be reset each time it was used. Basically it was a mediocre experience at best. We expected more from Days Inn. Room should have been under $100 per night for what we got.

Was looking for a close place to stay after going to the casino and it worked

The staff was very friendly

Breakfast was minimal. Missed the eggs, sausage.

Difficulty with the TV initially but staff resolved the issue.

the location

when we checked into our room the beds weren’t made and the floor wasn’t vacuumed said it was a new housekeeper. but promptly moved us to another room

Great little hotel to stay at.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The night counterwoman was nice and helpful. This was a good midpoint for our Great Smoky Mountain Railway Polar Express ride and the Biltmore Christmas tour. We would stay here again.

We had 5 people in our room but there were only 2 towels and washcloths in the room. I did ask for more the next morning and was quickly given the extras. I think the room should have had at least 5 sets of towels since that was how many people we had registered in the room.

When I spend my money staying repeatedly at a specific location, they must be doing something right.

This wasn’t my first stay at this location and it won’t be my last. The Days Inn in Waynesville NC has been clean and comfortable with outstanding staff every single time.

My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is the breakfast offered. There are packs of instant oatmeal and grits, prepackaged donuts and tangerines along with coffee and a pitcher of apple juice. I’ve seen worse but it could be better. Even if you can’t offer eggs and bacon (don’t care for eggs anyway lol), I would love to be able to have a slice of peanut butter toast or a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Just a thought and as I said, a very minor complaint.

Room service. Still stuck in COVID no room service. Had to ask for towels, empty trash, clean bathroom, remove mold, and make bed. Only empty room were cleaned. Elevator was slow, vending machines did not work well, and smokers everywhere to walk through. Hotel is on its way to being a dated second rate, maybe third establishment. My last Days Inn stay.

I was very uncomfortable in the room with a door That wouldn’t lock.

sliding door did not lock. Lots of paraphernalia left on the floor. TV remote didn’t work.

Cleaning policy needs to be definitely updated

Breakfast was very very lacking. Room wasn’t ready when we went to check in because no help showed up. We had to stand outside at a small window for a very long time while trying to check in.

It was a good place to stay coming out of the National Park.

The location was good. It was just the right distance out of the park after sunset, where we drove and ate in Waynesville. We loved Waynesville! The downtown is an art mecca with beautiful art. The downtown is beautiful. The breakfast was minimal. A snack.

I think they could offer more of a breakfast with better coffee.

Staff super friendly. Especially the young woman that checked us in. Evening shift. Great view. Room was clean. I hesitated a Days Inn due to previous years experience. This one should be an example for them. Pleasantly surprised.

Excellent place to stay!

.It appeared every room has a balcony with very comfortable rocking chairs and privacy walls overlooking the mountains.We spent most of our time out there.Also loved the elevator instead of lugging luggage up the stairs.

If there was anything to complain about it was the light in the balcony area came on automatically with no way to shut it off. This kind of ruined the beautiful sunset
