The hotel was in a quiet area and we were reserved a room on the top floor. We were surprised how clean and spacious our room was.

Was excellent, suites clean, big and good location it was my first time, my family stayed 3 times already and the love it and check in was quick less than 1 minute. Overall 10/10

We only stayed overnight but it was a pleasant experience. The property is nice . The staff is wonderful. Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. They even have free breakfast but unfortunately we're not able to take advantage of this as we had to leave very early that morning. No stores or restaurants nearby though. But I still highly recommend this place.

when i called they told me me free shuttle to airport and when i arrive the shuttle is until after 9 and my flight is for 7 so i had to pay 45 for taxi that was a real inconvienence

Upon entering the hotel, 2 staff present talking to each other . I had to wait for them to look my way as it felt like I could not interrupt their conversation. I did not feel welcome.

There was a blood spot on curtains and one of the bath towels had hair. The AC broke down after 5 PM and the front desk staff was very rude and said the technician is not there until 7 am the following day. Luckily I was technical enough to trouble shoot otherwise we would have sweat in our sleep.

Free parking, very clean, friendly staff. The breakfast time in weekdays ends at 9am, which is a bit too early for people on vacation.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times in the last few years. My most recent trip I stayed here 2 times in the space of 3 weeks or so: December 2023- January 2024 and everything is good and comfortable and clean but the one thing that can be fixed is the number of washing machines and dryers. There was a mad rush to wash and guests kept moving other people’s belongings from washer and then from the dryer because they couldn’t wait. WHO wants their wet clothes touched by a stranger and just siting on top of a washing machine? There is no signs or anything stating such do not touch other ppls property. Imagine someone even put powdered soap in the dryer with their load thinking it was a washer 😅 and soap was everywhere spilling out. I stayed at the other Residence Inn Mall area and they have sufficient washers and dryers. But I prefer this location. I will stay here again because I lik this hotel and staff but the washing and drying needs to improve especially for ppl with small ids like myself.

The hotel has begun to show signs of wear and tear. We've stayed here 3 or 4 times. Last visit was a year ago. Although the room was clean, there are visible signs of aging, like rusty door hinges, shower head with mineral deposits and poor flow, toilet seal with slow leak that made a loud noise every 30 minutes or so when the tank was refilling.

One of the best places I will continuously stay during my business trips to Miami. Super friendly staff. Clean place. Breakfast has many delicious options. Beds are comfortable. Showers are warm. Thank you so much for making our stay a home away from home!

Nice property in Doral, FL and within a 30 min drive od the airport. Good, quiet location. Great, quiet size room with kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Stayed with my wife and three kids. Fit comfortably. Free shuttle to the airport. Lots of restaurants a short drive away. Our room had two queen beds and a pull out bed. The room also had a small kitchen

Third time staying at this hotel. This time around, the cleanliness was severely lacking. On arrival, bed sheet had hairs on it. The drawers in the bedroom had alot of hair as well, Even the front desk clerk was surprised. House keeping was not avaliable to rectify at that hour.
They did offer us another room but it was ground level right next to the car park.

Great treatment to the guests. No excessive surveillance to 49usual activities. Breakfast is not so variety, but items are of good quality, mainly yougurt.
I stayed 2 weeks, but the offered rate of 114$ just was applied to the first one, the second week was rated to 139$: WHY??

My family and i enjoyed our 10 days stay. Facility was clean and as in photos. Staff was great and helpful. Appreciated that laundry machines was free and gym equipment is just enough to keep body active. We enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of areas within a short drive from hotel. I would recommend this to anyone still undecided. I definitely woukd stay here again.

Cleaning staff very nice but the don’t clean the whole thing as often. I stayed 11 days and the restroom wasn’t fully cleaned once. Sheets were never changed either.
