Paper thin walls . Clean but hold . This place is sleeping only. Hope that the neighbours is quiet.

These guys are a bunch of lying, cheating crooks. They’re dishonest and their property is filthy. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay at this property!

Easy access from the main autoroutes; near to big shopping centres; near to the city centre; ample parking; big rooms that are super clean. Eccentric decor, like a 70s motel, but all up to date facilities necessary for a comfortable stay - fridge, microwave, TV, wifi etc.

Room was not ready for check-in time, room was really dusty, ac did not work good and staff at desk was not friendly and does not care about customer's.

We found this a quant B&B. But we booked for a weekend in high season and after taxes and service charges ended up paying about $300CAD per night. We felt it over priced for what one gets. Minor irritants: no TV, no glasses in the room nor ice available.

Rooms looked nothing like the pictures and although rooms were clean there were obvious areas of disrepair.

Smelly room. That’s was a towel used on the sink when we arrived. Also, they asked for a 150 upfront security deposit when we arrived, something that we weren’t aware of when booking (not a huge thing, but it wasn’t expected). The room is smaller than I looks. They knew we were a family of four, but there were just 2 towels in the bathroom. The towels were dark blue, not white as most hotels (white colors can help us spot dirtiness more easily). The pillow was really smelly, I had to turn my face upwards. My wife complaint about the bed, she woke up with a pain in her back.

The pictures are misleading. The place is very outdated. The price they charge for the quality one gets does not match. The bed was terrible and would squeak with every move so we just kept waking each other up.

I liked the price. Going as a single woman, I found the area somewhat scary. My biggest concern is that it is impossible to see the traffic on your left when coming out of the courtyard.

My daughter is from trois rivières. Whenever I come here for a visit, I always choose this motel. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are clean/quiet and most importantly, the price is affordable!
I highly recommend this motel.

The good = comfy beds, friendly service.
The bad = Sketchy area, blood stained blankets, and rough condition of the hotel.
The ugly = we stayed 1 night, then bailed on the 2nd to go to a cleaner hotel.

Room isn't reflective of what's shown on the photos. Very small, old. No ability to open drapes - adjacent to walkway and parking.
Too expensive for the amenities.
Coloured towels are concerning - should be white

The property and location are terrible. The noise from the transports on the street make it to get a good night sleep.
The condition of the rooms were great however.

My stay was too short to properly assess the area, but it seemed to be more run down, with few food & entertainment options. That said, downtown wasn't far at all. While the building itself is quite rough, the room was lovely and comfortable. I hope the renovations spruce up the outside to match. The front desk clerk didn't have much English (I have even less French) but we figured each other out. His efforts were MUCH appreciated! I would definitely recommend this location for a brief, affordable stay.

We had a newly renovated room. The outdoor stair for the 2e level was not properly clean and was dangerous.
