Nice place while visiting for work. Great bed and slept great. Had limited hot water while showering in the morning; however, I chalk it up to system use.

Room assigned got 2 lamps not working. Air conditioner noisy we need to change room And tv was not Hi def . Terrible service . Did not clean the room until 5 pm . Will never stay there again

I left my room in the morning and removed the do not disturb sign, when I came back at night my room was the same as I left it in the morning. I called front desk but they just told me that they didn’t have people to clean the rooms that day.

When we arrived it was beautiful, nice! clean rooms they were nice but we got discriminated because there was nothing but white people staying there and when we arrived we were probably the only Mexicans there at the moment. My dad was walking to the bathroom and a guy from the hotel stopped him telling him “only guests of the hotel could use the bathroom” and my mom dad told him he was a guest. Also at the buffet right away they told us card only because I guess we looked like we weren’t coming from the US we didn’t have credit cards and whenever we pulled out the card to pay, she Right away said “American cards only” so my mom pulled out her credit card and lady was shocked and said “oh your American ur coming from the USA” I guess we have to look fancy to stay here or look rich. Overall the area was pretty and walkable to anything restaurant a small kids play across and food stands.

Poor design. Had to carry luggage down steps in rain to get to parking underneath building. Not pet friendly—no place to take dogs outside. Not functional.

Family trip. Nearby restaurants, mall and bank. Easy parking garage onsite. Comfortable and clean hotel. Have stayed here a couple times before. Only drawback: pool is small and enclosed (cement walls), no greenery, trees or pretty views.
