The room smelled horribly, and there was blood in the bathroom. The staff quickly changed our room but we couldn’t feel confortable any more

Clean room, well equipped, all in order. Good Wi-Fi. Only problems were hairdryer that was inefficient, lightly blowing only cold air. Water stream in the shower and tap was under pressure, perhaps clogged, splashing the water around.

A nice hotel with many amenities around. This is the first time in ages that a level 2 destination charger is available at a cost, they are typically free for customers but at the Hotel they’re intending a flat fee of over 30 USD per day. (Even higher than the cost of supercharging)

Overall it is a great hotel. One of my favorite hotels of all time! Comfortable, clean, great for big or small families. You can bbq while you stay. We had been traveling, moving cities and decided to wash. It was great. Outdoors is beautiful and breakfast was great. Only down sides are that it is a bit crowded during breakfast and the onsite basement parking is way too tight

We stayed in a 2 room suite. The room configuration was great but there is no way to lock bedroom doors. There were also some small maintenance/design details like the bottom of the shower curtain is a couple inches above top of tub so water gets all over the floor. Tub spout was very loose so when you pull up on shower diverter it feels like the spout will come off the wall. Also, they could really use a sign lit up at at night at the parking lot entrance for out of towners like us.

I am so happy that i choose this hotel for my trip to saltillo. The hotel is located in a very secure and nice neighborhood. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Zona Centro or museum of the desert is less than 10 minutes away. The room was big, comfy and super clean. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast buffet was small but super fresh and delicious. Next time i gonna be in saltillo, i gonna choose the same hotel.

I was there with my husband and two cats and we are thankful that Staybridge is a pet friendly establishment. After driving for 6 to 7 hours, it was wonderful that we all were able to rest in a nice clean place before our next day of more driving. Breakfast was delicious, you can get plain eggs or eggs with garnishes, waffles, toast, cereal, fruit, juice and the coffee from the automatic coffee machine is very good. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly and will prepare your plate the way you ask then to. The hotel rooms are very clean and smell nice. Parking is underground and I felt it was very safe.
