The hotel and the room were beautiful and we had a great stay. It's also only about a 10-15 minute walk to the plaza de armas in a straight line. The perfect place to stay to explore the historic centre of the city. The staff were also super helpful and held our bags on our last day after check-out and even allowed us to check-in early when we first arrived. Highly recommended.

Stylish and comfortable rooms at a fair price, good location and very clean. Hot water worked well. WiFi a bit slow and breakfast buffet was a bit small, but otherwise we were happy!

Love the location and the atmosphere of the hotel. Beautifully decorated and looks exactly like the photo. Staff are nice that they let us check in early when we arrived 5am from night bus.

The Courtyard was lovely with beautiful pots of flowers, big rooms, high ceiling, it's old but stylish.

A fantastic experience. The staff are very helpful, the romos are clean, plenty of hot wáter, great wifi and plenty of fresh fruit for breakfast!

Had a good 3 day stay, it is about a 10 minute walk to the main square with a lot of restaurants to choose. The breakfast was very basic for the hotel, juices, and a couple of breads with the fixings, service from from front desk staff was great. Wireless in the room was very poor. The hotel has beautiful architecture and tons of plants and greenery but the room itself is nothing to the outside world, very standard.
