Really nice and friendly, great view off the back porch, isolated from the crowds. Though a little bit of a drive for meals, it was worth it. Only disappointment was not their fault, too cold and windy for the pool, water was warm enough though. Will stay there again.

The property was perfect for the fishing enthusiast or just for recharging your batteries. Ive been coming to the keys for over 40 years, this is now one of my favorite places to stay. Staff is very friendly!

We really liked Tammy, the inn-keeper. She was very helpful with ideas for dinner and sightseeing.

Neighbors two older men in 60’s were loud, drank beer all the time so they were obnoxious when trying to sleep, very close quarters, had to say “are you two guys married cuz you act like a old married couple…” I was awakened at 0210 am, something loud and heavy fell on the tile, heard hammering during the day hours about 10am earlier in the day, woke me up then heard all the commotion for couple hours coughing, foul language every 4 words…talking loud, smokers too. .tried to go back to sleep….I packed up and Left at 430…needed to leave but not in the dark of dawn…was planning around 10am…they should not be allowed back, no courtesy to others. It’s a quaint small 10 room…unit, loved the unit right on the Dock…probably won’t return

Best vacation I've had in a very long time and most of that is due to this wonderful retro motel on a itty bitty island. From check in to check out they made our stay amazing. Front desk staff was super friendly, accommodating and you were always greeted with a smile, no matter how busy they were. Even though this is a older motel the rooms were spotless and well appointed and even had a small full kitchen. The beds were a wonderful surprise as they were very comfortable and the view of the sparkling blue Gulf right from our glass sliding door couldn't have been better. Housekeeping was really on the ball and again we were always greeted with smiles no matter how busy they were. We were vacationing with our 12 and 13 year old grandsons who were never bored or without something to do when we weren't out sightseeing. They swam in the sparkling clear pool, snorkeled the sea wall right from the motels beach area and were amazed by the schools of parrotfish they saw, and they fished. Our youngest grandson lives to fish and was just over the moon when he caught, and landed, a 3.5 foot nurse shark. The amazing neighbors we were blessed with all week caught the larger 4 and 5 foot nurse sharks also right from the dock. What started as a spur of the moment, affordable place to stay for the kids fall break turned into the place we'll return to any time we're in the Keys. Thank you all for the unforgettable week and hope to see you again next trip!!

If you're looking for a 5 star resort, this is not for you. If you're looking for a place to lay your head on the most comfortable bed ever, #5, with some beautiful views of the water, the nicest people ever, and right in the middle of the Keys, this place is for you. It is definitely a fishing lodge. A little rough in most places but will be absolutely the quaint mom and pop place that it used to be once renovations are finished. The pool is small and clean and there is a store for necessities on site. Check in was easy. Will be back for sure!

My husband and I decided to spend 3 days and 2 nights at CONCH KEY FISHING LODGE for my birthday on 07/21/2923, and it was such a pleasant experience that I had already recommended the place to my nextdoor neighbors even before we went back home, and they they drove there the very next weekend for a stay ☺️ My neighbors have a boat, so they wanted to make sure there was a ramp for the boat and the took their visiting relatives from Argentina to this Lodge, and they all were very excited with their stay and with the staff. apartment are on the dock, on the water. Back view is great for sunsets. Apartments have a kitchenette, microwave and big fridge. Water pressure is great and fast and easy to set to your liking in. Terms of temperature. There's Manatee sightseeing right there, from the docks. What else can I say? Tammy and her husband were the best of the best! Friendly and proactive would be an understatement! We loved the vibe and the pace of the place, the availability of services and items at the lobby, as well as the fun and happiness surrounding those two 💖 Thank you guy so much for making my birthday weekend such a pleasant experience!!!🙂

Old and not maintained. Room was dirty with broken floor tiles. Strong smell of garbage from the dumpster outside. Window ac units were very noisy, old and hardly keeping up with cooling. No grill for cooking, there was a fire and no replacement grill had been purchased. Lots of junk lying around everywhere, seems they never clean up the property. I never leave reviews but this one is bad.

i was very dissapointed nothing like the pictures the place is seriously outdated and it was just scary staying there ,not to mention they charged me for extra guest when in details stated kids are free if accompained by adult .i marked it unsafe because the sliders to dock did not lock there was a wooden stick holding it just scary when you traveling with kids. also, there was a baseball bat in our room ( maybe for protection lol) just scary on a good note Bill was very attentive and helpfull that he went above and beyond and just because of him being so nice i didnt complain .. still it was a lesson learned

This is a hidden gem property. It may not have all of your upscale amenities but Bill is so accommodating it was a very relaxing and happy place to stay.

This is definitely a fishing lodge - not fancy, not a lot of amenities but the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and the pool area and beach were a nice place to hang out. I recommend this location for the mid Keys as its right between Marathon and Islamorada!

Location is awesome and if you want to fish, I highly recommend this place. If cleanliness is your thing, maybe not.

The man that runs this place went above and beyond solving our problem. I would highly recommend this place.

Convenient location and stop over going to key west. The room was very clean and the gentleman working the office was super nice and hospitable.

I highly recommend this quaint little fishing resort with lots of character around every corner. I had a very pleasant 4 day stay here. The room was very clean and orderly with everything one would expect from a hotel lodging establishment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about surroundings. Looking right out the back window of the room, I was treated with a breathtaking photogenic view of a few older fishing boats docked in the small nearby fishing marina. The way the sunrise lit the area is amazing. If you're an painting artist or photographer you'll see what I mean.

Beautiful view of the gulf. Great pool area, needs shade/umbrellas that work. Do not expect daily maid service. Great place to dock your boat, otherwise you must drive for any other activities. Do not count on being able to take advantage of advertised water sports. On sight store seemed well stocked. Very comfortable bed. Found a slice of pizza in the microwave that was not ours.

Had a great two night stay. Lovely spot on the water. The hotel is old and basic, but is old Florida. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed, the room was right on the water, we loved sitting on the dock at night.
