Its a great hotel to stay. It's very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The only down is the $100 pet fee. I wish it was lower

Hotel was great. Although front desk attendant (white heavy set) was a bit rude. She instructed me to the black guy attendant which he helped me a lot so that’s good. Toilet didn’t work in the room I was originally given she thought I was lying and made a girl go upstairs to check. She wouldn’t gave the black guy a little trouble while he was giving me a new room. Check out morning staff was a guy he was really nice.

It was clean, couldn’t understand the front desk woman. She was using different accents and making jokes and it was hard to understand

Amazing check in experience - I believe our ladies name was Shakira, and she might have been one of the kindest individual we have encountered at a check-in…and we have been to hundreds of hotels. She was so friendly, courteous, and polite. She was willing to help with any question and continued to cal me Mr. Clark, and thank me for staying at Residence Inn. She is the epitome of excellent customer service. My wife and I spent a good ten minutes when we entered our room talking about what an amazing person this woman is for her company. I will be reaching out to the company to share my joy.

Great place to stay from beginning to end. What stood out the most was our check-in with Jason and who checked us in. He was the most welcoming person we have ever had. He made us feel right at home!

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was big and clean. Was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only issue I had was my room key didn't work due to the lock batteries. However, after the second set of keys they were quick to transfer me into a different room. Breakfast was good as well.

I never write review or leave comments for stuff like this but I will for this place because it was such a good experience. By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at for the price we paid! Staff was polite and very thoughtful! Would stay here every time if we were in the Denton area again

Easy access to the freeway & the free breakfast was nice the staff was friendly & professional. My room 210 was nice but it needs a couple of upgrades, some new lamp shades in the living room area and some painting needs to be done. Thank you

Wonderful service from the front desk he went out of the way to help me since I entered wrong check in date.

The luggage carts were not available, when needed at check-in. Management didn't seem to care. They must institute a cart check-out system where rooms are charged $10 each time someone fails to return a cart within a half hour. I walked the whole hotel, at check-out, looking for one of three carts. Obviously, the carts were in hotel rooms, so they could be used the next morning by the people keeping them. That is not acceptable!

Derek at the front desk was especially helpful! He went out of his way to accommodate our request for breakfast to go in the morning. Kudos to him!

The food service staff was amazing, particularly Graciela, who always (this was our third time staying here) has a smile on her face and does her job exceptionally well. The entire staff, from front desk to housekeeping was super friendly and always professional.
