To begin, the staff was amazing! Super nice, very accommodating, and helpful. We cannot say enough nice things about everyone associated with the Inn that we encountered. Well done! Thank you! The location of the Inn is very good. A very close walk to the beach, shopping, and area restaurants. That being said, we very much enjoyed the first few days of our week-long visit. Halfway through our stay another family moved into the empty room next to ours. It was at this time that we discovered that the shared walls between rooms are PAPER THIN! Granted, this family did not understand the courtesy of "inside voices", but even after we politely asked them to please keep a reasonable sound level in their room, we could still hear EVERYTHING that they said and did. Every conversation, cough, dropped object, or trip to the bathroom that they made woke us during the rest of our nights that week. We found ourselves very self-conscious about our own conversations knowing that they could hear everything that we said, as well. Needless to say, the quality and pleasure of our stay plummeted immediately, to the point I am not sure we will ever return again, as this condition is a deal-breaker for us. Be aware!

Very old building with all of the associated creaks and wear and tear. No elevator for 3 story building. In our room, the tub had been removed and a newly added large shower added. Bed mattress was uncomfortably hard with no springs; however, there was a nice, new soft blanket. Bright porch lights glared in windows throughout the night. No option to regulate room temperature. Close, walkable proximity to the lighthouse, beach, restaurants, and some shops.

Loved our stay at this place because of the location. No way to control cooling on top floors but it was cool when we were there. I would definitely stay again!!

The location of the Inn is right in the middle of the commercial district on the Island. It is very easy to walk to all the restaurants and businesses. The furniture is outdated in the rooms and ownership could benefit from updating just that alone. Rustic old Florida but the beds and chairs don't have to be.

Most of the good reviews must be fake or people who have never left home. This place is by far the worst I’ve stayed at since College. The room is tired, worn out, holes in the walls, paint in floor from missed door repaint. The bed was old, so soft i sunk in, feared bed bugs all night, musty smell, lousy bathroom, no one on duty when fire alarm went off in the night…call emergency number. Really? I could go on and on, but won’t. Nothing good here. The most helpful thing for this hotel no competition on the Island. Paid $180 for a night, wouldn’t stay again if free. My buddy, who was up at 1 AM turning off faulty smoke detector in vacant room, was offered a cookie for his trouble. Should have comped his night. Crazy. Never, ever, again. Tear it down and start over or complete remodel.

Didn't want to leave. The inn is in an amazing spot. We parked and never moved the car. Staff was amazing, including the dogs and cats!!!! Room was clean and nobody bothered us. Location is literally walks away from everything, including the beach. No need to drive once you are there.

We stayed in the Bayside room. The rooms were nice and spacious. The shower was awesome and had a rainfall head. Service was great and there to answer any questions. The location was great too; a block from the beach and right in the middle of everything in St George. The only bad part was the bed. It was the absolute squeakiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Definitely not a deal breaker though. I can’t wait to stay here again.

The room could not be secured adequately. The exterior doors would not lock properly and when informed of the condition no action was taken to fix the problem. We lost water pressure for a short but inconvenient period of time.

Great mini vacation spot for me. Close to everything even the golfcart rentals. The rooms were super clean, spacious and the layout made sense. Cup of Starbucks coffee in the morning step right on out of room in to the balcony was great - only bad thing is that if you get some spring breakers next to you get ready for a loud night! We had 5 luckily they weren’t that high or drink yet and my fiancé asked them to move down from our door the weed smell was coming right on in to our room - other than that - it was an amazing time

No hot water in shower. I notified the front desk and she made no effort to get it fixed or find another room. She just said well they just replaced the shower. That was it. The next day i told another lady there was no hot water in the shower of sunset room and she asked if i notified anyone. I told her that i had. Her response was i ll get someone to look at it. Have a safe trip. No sorry for the inconvenience. No nothing. I went on my way Never again!
