The Inn is a fantastic gem nestled in sleepy Yarmouthport. The owners (Claire and Robin) are consummate professionals focused on providing the highest quality B&B experience through outstanding food quality and comforting service. They provided excellent dining recommendations that delivered additional great experiences. A must-have experience that we are eager to do again.

The owners are lovely, the location is so convenient, the breakfast was delicious (Claire even made it available to us an hour early), the room was very clean and comfortable and the historical home was everything we wanted to experience staying on Cape Cod.

This is a lovely B&B set in a historic Sea Captain's House on Cape Cod. The welcome is very warm and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is home cooked and very tasty.
Nearby are some good restaurants and cafes. The marshland, beaches and towns of southern Cape Cod are within easy reach by car and there is a lot to explore in the vicinity. I wish we had stayed for longer.

The proprietors of this wonderful bed and breakfast attended to every detail in making this a perfect stay. This is a central location on Cape Cod that lends to easy accessibility to other sites to visit and many dining are options close by. Splendid breakfasts and amenities too numerous to list, combined with the friendly helpfulness that Robin and Claire provide, made for outstanding accommodations!

This is a beautiful, well-run property. Robin is a welcoming and amiable host and Claire makes and serves delicious breakfasts with charm and style. A quiet and comfortable respite in a busy world. We highly recommend it.

This place is impeccable clean , updated , organized and the owner is generous in preparing the breakfast , Which was fantastic. She offers water and wine complimentary . This was a beautiful old house with comfortable rooms and lovely common spaces. Claire made fantastic breakfasts and was extremely helpful in planning out things to do and places to go in the area. I would definitely return!

Amazing stay. We were in a large group and Claire went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We loved the property. Would highly recommend this bed snd breakfast to anyone in the cape cod area.

The Village Inn Cape Cod is a lovely place to stay! The house and grounds are wonderful; very beautifully decorated and maintained. Robin and Claire (brother and sister team from Ireland) have thought of everything and Claire's breakfasts are fabulous! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! Claire was so friendly and kind. The inn had amazing charm and character. We felt welcomed and comfortable the entire stay, and breakfast was great each morning. We will be back!

Comfortable one night stay with Claire & Robin. Beautifully appointed inside, lovely charm. Breakfast served by our hosts who then gave advice on where to go in the cape. Only drawback of having a road-facing room was road noise, you'd think the area would be quiet but after 5am it became noticeable.

A very nice B&B with a comfortable room and lots of nice amenities (wine, beer, water) and places to relax. Breakfast was delicious. The innkeepers were very helpful and lovely. The property is beautiful with a nice patio also.

This is the second time I stayed at the Village Inn and love it so much! Robin and Chris provide SUPERIOR customer service and the home-cooked breakfast is delicious! If you love an old inn Cape-feel, this is the place.

A fabulous building in a great location with equally good hospitality. A lovely room with plenty of space, and creative and different freshly cooked breakfast each day. Great touches like free soda beer and wine with a lovely coffee machine. Wonderful hosts and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Very old house and that’s ok but floor wood is lifted in areas with mold. The breakfast was not home made it was heated Quiche or egg beaters . The attention from Claire was great . But need a little more of a health menu.

Claire and Robin are excellent and friendly hosts. All the comforts of home are provided with Covid protocols in place. Breakfasts are top notch and beds were very comfortable. Within 10 minutes of the Hyannis Terminal, the Village Inn is an excellent place to stay if you’re also going for a trip to Nantucket like we did.

Claire was the best hostess! We were greeted personally and she even helped us with our bags. She gave wonderful recommendations on where to eat and places to see. The house was beautiful and our beds were incredibly comfortable. We stayed in the family suite and it was so nice having the extra room. The breakfast of French toast and sausage was the best on our trip. We wish we could have stayed a week!

PERFECT STAY. I was floored how beautiful, quaint and clean this Inn was. The baseboard had no dust, the paint gleamed and the decor was beautiful. But the gourmet breakfast and the charming innkeeper stole the show. Most delicious grapefruit in lemon syrup served in a chilled glass cup, egg wrap w creamy eggs, caramelised onions, spinach and garnish with sausage, and orange glazed cranberry scone. Included in the price of the room! The home has local historic provenance and you will feel extremely connected to cape history and culture with all the antiques artifacts and books in the home. Oh, and the bed was extremely comfortable w feather pillows and cozy heat and charming creaky wood floors. I will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful historic Inn to stay in. I slept perfectly in a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. Claire was very hospitable, and her local knowledge and helpful suggestions really made a big difference to our visit. Highly recommended.
