This hotel was away from the bustling activity of downtown Old Orchard Beach but close enough to walk to everything. It was quiet and had a beautiful grassy area and beach. The pool water was warm. Every employee I talked to was so helpful and courteous. I would love to return soon.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was very clean and had a awesome pool/ ocean view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time I travel in the area, I would rebook here.

The location of the property is great. The location is a nice walk in town for whatever you may need. We went in the off season and was thrilled to how nice and quiet the beach was.

Initially I thought what a dump but despite the dated interior the place is remarkably clean. The layout was a bit funky, bathroom sink was in another room from the shower & toilet. All in all had everything we needed and beachfront location cannot be beat. Felt it to be a bit overpriced for the end of the season (oh well).

I was very happy with the stay. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the shower. There was not enough water pressure to wash up, it was like a light misting rain

Rooms were dated but clean. People respected quiet hours BUT the walls were so thin I was up all night because of the noise from people just walking or moving luggage around. Almost shook the room as people were just walking by.

I booked for unobstructed view of the ocean but was given a room facing the pool with limited view of the ocean.

This is a wonderful property, the location is right on the ocean, the check-in staff was very nice and accommodating. When we stayed, it was very noisy other people staying were very inconsiderate, noisy, car, alarms, and kids.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very small, would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed an ocean facing room and direct ocean/beach access for sunrise. Mattress is not comfortable and room/furnishings could use updating. Door separates sleeping area from sitting are. Clean and safe location with good parking for average size SUV.

The hotel was okay, very clean, but a little worn. Very comfortable bed, nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. Nice ocean view from our balcony. Easy path to the beach for sunset walks.

The staff was very friendly, the room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable. They made coffee available easily and the chocolate was a nice touch. However, the shower was tiny and the mini kitchen had a musty smell that bothered my wife. The access to the beach was great and it seemed like you could walk forever on it. Mostly, a good experience with a little room for improvement.

This property was a great little oceanside motel with very easy access to the beach. The on-site parking was nice, and I could definitely see that being a huge benefit during the busy season. It has great views and is located near the amusement park, boardwalk, and all other amenities that old orchard beach has to offer.

Stayed 1 night at Friendship oceanfront suites. Sept. 26/23.
Check in check out was quick and easy. Second floor had good view of pool and ocean.
1 mile walk to pier was easy with hard packed sand.
Almost nothing open in village and nothing to do… pier was locked off. Glad we had food with us to make a sandwich at night and breakfast in am.
Room was good and bed was comfortable but after the 2am train woke us up the man in room 44 kept us awake with his snoring. Very thin walls.

Perfect unit on property. Very comfortable and close to beach. On the beach actually. Spent most of our time outside as the weather was very favorable. Off season so choices around town were limited but there’s enough open to enjoy. Definitely a place to stay.
