We were there for a short weekend but our room was fine and the service was great!

Super cute efficient type room. Great space saving concept with a in the wall type bed but a double bed option was a bit small for two adults. Odd placement for TV as the wall hid viewing access if trying to watch in bed. Clean. Good water pressure. Parking was across the street and the buildings faced each other vertically missing out on ocean view vs. having all rooms horizontally. Property did have easy beach front access and you could hear the ocean. Door lock was easily jammed making it difficult to get in and we suggested a new lock to the staff. Would also suggest a new Mattress
in suite 327 as it was pretty lumpy and worn.

I did not know I would be sleeping on a murphy pull out bed. That information should be made known. The area was nice, and the bed turned out okay. The wall bed had sharp metal corners that could be a problem.

Loved having such wonderful access to the beach. The room was a little strange with the murphy bed. THe lighting was marginal in practice. Also enjoyed not being in the thick of Old Orchard Beach town but definitely close by.

Property was everything I expected. Right on the beach. Loved that we had a kitchenette with everything we needed including pots, pans and dishes. Coffee maker with coffee pods so I could have my morning coffee sitting on the beach. Best part!!!

The property was very clean. I loved the quick access to the beach and having an indoor pool was also a plus. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I also liked that it was away from all the crowds. We will definitely be back and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay steps from the beach. A good value for the money but it could use some upgrading. The couch/futon needs to go, the mattress was comfortable, the toilet sang to you after every flush (loudly) but overall a nice place to stay very close to beach. The staff were awesome and very accommodating and housekeeping staff super efficient and friendly.

Best feature was location right on the beach, away from the busiest part of the strip. Kitchen could use a little more cooking supplies, like measuring cups. Didn’t realize the bed was a pull down, but it was comfortable. All in all a very good value.

We have stayed here many years ago and decided to come back for a short stay. The place is really outdated particularly with the decor. However that being said, the bathroom was renovated as well as the kitchen. Murphy beds weren’t bad. The beach chairs were disgusting. I saw complaints about rats running around and luckily we did not see any. The hotel room was very clean.

Nice beach front property, clean, compact, with office and parking across the street. Only two complaints: shower/tub was slow draining and Murphy type bed that pulls down from the wall leaves a space gap in which bed pillows can easily slip down into.

Great location! Walk one way to the beach and another way to the pool. And they supply chairs! Biggest issue was no cell service and extremely spotty wifi.

It was a very memorable weekend. My Daughters and I enjoyed ourselves. We walked everywhere and had great food. I would stay here again for sure!

The room was great if you were mostly there for the beach. Only issues were all of the drains were pretty slow (sinks/shower), and the pillows were pretty flat and not super comfortable but overall it was a very nice stay for my fiancé and I’s 2nd anniversary stay!

Quiet, beautiful location right on the beach. Rooms impeccably clean. Owners and employees always extra accommodating with guests. I won’t stay anywhere else in OOB. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.
