Wonderful place with a wonderful view. You couldn't ask for a cleaner mir comfortable place to stay. Terrific accommodating service. I wish we would have stayed longer!

One of the best welcomes I have received in a long time. As a dirty soaking biker they were extremely happy to have me in their SPOTLESS B&B. I could not fault their hospitality from the soul warming whisky at check in, to providing cutlery and a table for my fish and chips from town.
The room was cosy but definitely not inadequate.
The views of the loch amazing
A very good breakfast albeit without haggis (it's a personal thing but I believe all Scottish hotels should have haggis, Lorne sausage on the breakfast menu).

We absolutely loved our wee stay here.
We were met with a warm welcome, the host was friendly and made us feel at home right away.
The location is beautiful, right next to the Loch. The view from our room looked out onto the loch as did the living room and dining room.
The beds and bedding were so comfortable, we had a perfect nights sleep.
The shower was great with beautiful smelling local toiletries.
Breakfast was lovely looking out onto the loch. We could see our ferry from our breakfast table.
The car park was perfect, too. Plenty of room for everyone including us with our big van.
Next time we are in Ullapool we hope we can stay here again.

Room - Clean, small Double but size was fine, efficiently designed small shower room but all we needed.
Great views from room, dining area and lounge.
I liked that they were encouraging about bringing takeaway food back and sitting in lounge / outside so didn’t have to feel sneaking things in (we had great wood fired pizza from town - would recommend and sat on terrace to eat it).
Staff - outstandingly polite, friendly and efficient especially on arrival.
Breakfast - good choice, promptly served.

Our stay was 10/10. Check in was easy, very friendly & fast. Great free on site parking.
The room was perfect and just what we needed after a few nights camping. Bed was super comfortable and loved the extra pillows. TV was a good size, shower was nice and hot and we slept like babies.
Breakfast was included which was amazing. I’m vegan and they were very attentive & had alternatives for me. Breakfast was delicious, staff were super friendly. We couldn’t fault it.
I seen a lot of people put that the rooms were small and I was a bit sceptical, but I’m not sure what folk are expecting , if your are in Ullapool are you really spending that much time in your room? It’s a perfect size room to rest up, relax & get a great nights sleep.
Thank you for our lovely stay. We hope to be back on our next holiday.

The rooms are small, which we were warned about in advance, but this is compensated for by a very nice residents lounge. Very good breakfast, with proper coffee! My ferry (from Stornaway) was late in arriving, but the manager was very understanding, and welcoming when I finally arrived. Warmly recommended! And would definitely stay here again.

Great people, magnificent views, nice clean room, excellent breakfast, property kept pristine, they even offer glasses and ice to enjoy your adult beverages on the manicured yard. I would love to see a bit more flexibility for the checking in hours- if all possible.

The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast, as well as friendly staff. Easy parking and walkable to different shops. Only trouble was that we could hear people in the hallway and the room next to us quite often.
