Room was great, service was fantastic. Only downside was the wait time for shuttle during rushhour

Overall the experience was pretty good although I spent a lot on Grabs and walked 20000 steps a day getting to this place.
The room shuttles are good and needed unless you feel like climbing a million stairs to your room.
Once in the room it's nice but a little weathered. The front desk is busy and not the most welcoming environment, it's pretty hectic.
The breakfast is average, give it a miss.
We had a strange encounter with housekeeping. They came in room and said we broke a glass. Took our photo and said $100 baht.
More charming places to stay than here.
