No towels on hand even went over 2 days without towel ! Tv doesn’t work ! Bed was not clean they just tuck sheets back under mattress! Shower was dirty, no microwave or refrigerator! Worse hotel in Augusta ga for sure ! Will not recommend for anybody

I didn’t stay! Got there to check in and was told there were no rooms available. Yet I had already paid through here! So now I have to go through the bs of trying to get you to refund me. That’s after spending over an hour in the middle of the night trying to find someplace to stay. Your website is useless after midnight because you can only look for the next day on. When you go to these places, they charge you double. It’s ridiculous. And why I used your site and planned ahead. Or tried to.

The room did not have a blanket on the bed, no trash can, no soap, and only one towel.

Front desk was locked. Waited for almost 20 minutes and not one soul. Called and no answer. Went around the area and all I saw was sketchy people. The building looked like it's under construction.

I was very disappointed with room no toilet paper very little if any no garbage cans microwave all rusted out bad health hazard towels and washcloths all soiled shower and toilet very dirty just not happy at all I went up to death but she said she only had a little bar of soap I guess it was too late to get anything because I checked in around 7:30 but I went to Burger King first so I guess it was between 8:00 8:30 that I went to the front office the girl was real nice though she tried her best I think I think it was management or lack of help due to people not wanting to work after the pandemic so I don't know what to say I hope they give me a refund

Our table broke the first night it was roaches in the room it's good nice shower but the little bugs and unstabled table has to bounce overall it's cool

My room didn't have a microwave, no comforter on the bed, and the shower had a constant drip.

The A/C didn't work in my room! And the front desk staff did not care.

The staff could not even provide a clean room. Sent me to two Rooms. Both of them were flooded. There were no towel. The pillows didn’t have covers. The check in desk refunded because the property did not even have a clean room available!

It took twenty five minutes to check me in There was only one person ahead of me to check in . Then I was told that even though I reserved a nonsmoking room, only smoking rooms were available. Then the check in clerk was unable to print up my receipt., so I unloaded me luggage to my room. When I returned to the window to pick up my receipt. there was a sign inthewindow saying closed so the clerk could pick up her takeout meal, sorry for the inconvenience. This is a three story HUGE building with not many cars in the parking lot. I do not understand withsomany empty rooms theycouldnotfind a non smokingroom for me. I will bestayingatthishotel again on June 10. I Hope I Don't Have To Go Through the same dog snd pony show again.

This was, hands down, the most disgusting and disappointing motel experience we've ever had. The room was shabby, the furnishings were cheap and spartan, there was a small table but no chairs, the bed was an awful foam mattress with a hole in the middle, and they gave us only 2 small pillows for a king size bed. But the worst part was that, despite 3 times requesting that they clean the room, we were there for 5 nights and they never cleaned the room. The staff was surly, combative, and completely unhelpful. We were there for the Masters tournament, so we were out all day and only needed a place to sleep at night, but the experience was just awful.

It’s a very dirty hotel,the room was all dirty,the sticky floor,the dirty wall,dameged furniture,the bathroom,disgusting,peeling and dirty,there was no toile paper,the lock of door damege,very bad,in short,all disgusting,I had to leave the hotel a day before because I didn’t sleep in that disgusting

Front desk staff (Patrick) was amazing. Housekeeping staff very welcoming. However, the property and rooms were less than adequate. The smokey smell almost made us ill. We had to use a refrigerator as a table (everything else was nailed to the wall). No amenities in the bathroom except a very small bar of soap. No hair dryer. Beds were like futons. Some of the long term residents (not aware of this) were very nice, but loud at night. Though very convenient to our destination, definitely not worth the $200 per night. We left after first night of our anticipated two night stay.

Do not stay here. It’s infested with bed bugs, homeless people all over the property. Barely anyone working. Absolute nightmare scenario.

It was clean and no problems and good rate

I will start out with the positive- super friendly & helpful staff (I cant emphasize that enough), everything worked as it should, had hot water, privacy curtains. The laundry worked & had a cool app which made it easier. Price was great. Near waffle house, checkers, kfc, burger king all within walking distance & across from the augusta mall. Staff was accommodating & kind. We only saw 2 roaches. They cleaned out ac while we were there. Walmart does deliver here and alot of restaurants through apps. Maint was great! Now negatives-loud, rude & crazy, out of control guests you could hear everything & i mean EVERYthing.Someone was riding their motorcycle through corridors all hours, kids screaming, ppl having "relations", ppl fighting & slamming into our hotel room door, crazy & or homeless ppl constantly outside harassing guests, dangerous situations 24/7, pimps & their employees, ppl asking for $. The laundry had to be guarded, so we took a chair to sit & wait.The nearest McDonald's was a nightmare on all visits.They were out-of bedding so we provided our own & towels too. Shower was peeling & floor in shower sank as we stood on it & it was narrow; Im 5'9 & bf is 6'4 and we fit but it was claustrophobic feeling. The door had a huge gap on the bottom so the floors were dirty, we swept & swiffered daily to maintain it so our feet werent black just walking to the bathroom. Remote had no back on it. If all that's cool, this is the hotel for you. We were there for 17 days.

The room was relatively physically clean and up to date. The air conditiining unit needed to be cleaned. There were several cockroaches in the room. My husband woke up this morning to find a cockroach on his leg. We saw a cockroach on the bathroom wall. He saw a couple of other cockroaches. in the room.

This turned out to be a weekly room rental property. Less than desirable clientele and less than desirable neighborhood.

I liked the coffee bar in the lobby, the ac in the room was perfect.

Initial room was disgusting and lights didn’t work. There were fights and crackheads asking for cigarettes constantly. This is more of a trap hotel than a regular hotel. Not worth the money at all for a hotel stay. Wish I knew it was going to be that bad before I paid

Receptionist very unprofessional and helpless, no even want to check the reservation number, called 5 times to tried to help my husband with the check in and never answered the phone, first time we have problems with a reservation, i stayed in Motel 6 everytime we travel but this one, was a very bad experience

Unsafe and unclean. The immediate area was seedy to say the least. The room was supposedly non-smoking but it reeked of smoke and was furnished with THREE ash trays. Mattress protector had stains all over it. To top it all off we felt as though our safety was in serious question so we checked out without staying and we’re not offered any type of refund. Stay away!

Luke warm water on 3rd floor with poor water pressure,uncomfortable bed,no hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes,no coffee maker.

When I entered my room I killed about 6 roaches like wow really but this was last min and I had no where to go. I still would prefer neatness and cleanliness.
