3 floors no elevator. I didnt have issue with it but thought it would not be friendly to elderly travelers

For the money, it's very good. It's almost the same quality as hotels 2x the price. You get coffee and fruit and oatmeal for breakfast and you also get bacon and eggs at Denny's next door. Solid value.

I have stayed at this hotel for almost 5 weeks, with a couple of weeks off in between stays. Yesterday after I had prepaid to stay for last night, which would be clearly obvious to front desk staff if they simply check the reservation, after working until 4:00 in the morning, I did not come down to renew my key from my previous night stay until 11:10 when you're supposed to do it by 11:00. At 11:10 a.m., I received a call from the front desk agent on duty at that time and the first words I heard were " Mr Hellenthal, You must come down here before 11:00 a.m. too extend your stay! I do not know how to express tone in a review but her tone was lecturing and telling me or treating me like I was a 10-year-old that was misbehaving. Personally, I don't think you should talk that way to a 10-year-old who's misbehaving, but you certainly don't talk that way to a 63-year-old elder. I have paid my bill regularly and I have actually prepaid it so there's always no question about my ability to pay for 5 weeks at this place, yet this front desk clerk wanted to break me for not getting down there before 11:00 to extend my stay. Whatever happened to excellent guest service. Whatever happened to just calling me and saying hey Mr helenthal would you please come down and extend your stay as soon as you can. That would have been a much better guest services top shelf response. Made me feel awful. Hotel guest should be celebrated and thanked for their patronage.

Nice place for a stopover. Plenty of places to eat. No elevator but the stairs are a short few steps up. Huge pool. Extremely nice front desk attendant. The Breakfast consists of a small menu to choose from for a voucher at Dennys. Excellent prices!

Clean and comfortable

It was definitely a clean, attractive place. A few things daunted the stay -- no light bulb in the reading lamp BUT staff took care of that quickly. Had problems with my room key twice -- but staff took care of that quickly. Loved the hot tub! Breakfast coupon for Denny's next door was great. It was very convenient for my business in Spokane Valley.

Brought the room just to sleep at the halfway point of my trip. Got to the hotel that was already prepaid and they wouldn't check us in because it was past 2am. I had just worked 12 hours then drove 6 hours with my daughter. We just needed a place to sleep. I don't understand why we were turned away. I paid for the room. Nobody was in the room. I was told by the staff to notify Hotels.com to change the reservation to the next day instead so we could be checked in. I did that. Then I was told we couldn't check in until 4pm by the same person who instructed me to change the reservation to allow us to check in. I was so exhausted and emotional at this point i was them just handed the card keys and let into our room finally by 4am. This was the worst check in I've ever experienced. I don't get why the staff would make a suggestion and then proceed to tell me that that suggestion isn't appropriate. In the end i was just glad we had a safe warm place to sleep. Otherwise we would have had to sleep in my car in the parking lot.
