The night manager, cleanliness, they don’t charge for my dog
When we booked on line the room we chose (paid a little more with the option to request a mini fridge/microwave) after checking in we were told they were all handed out after being told the rooms on the 2nd floor (we are in a room on the second floor) have the option to request them

Disappointed there wasn’t even coffee.
Bed felt like it was worn out. I felt the bathroom was very limited in its offering…one hand towel and one wash cloth in addition to the 2 bath towels. The faucet for the sink was loose and felt like it might fall off. The room was clean and I had a fairly good sleep (that’s the main thing!).
