The room was amazing! We loved everything about it and look forward to going back for our anniversary again next year! It’s clean, spacious, comfortable and the views are great. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Wonderful hotel! Very Clean, near Market Street and Mall, Fountain Plaza and restaurants. Sorriso Restaurant, conveniently located within the hotel, is a must to put on your list.

We were unable to sleep Sunday night. The Rose, a low end bar a block away plays jungle music (as described by my girlfriend ) until 2am at a decibel level that is no way within legal sound ordinances.
We both tried to use white noise on our phones and couldn’t drown out this junk.
The Westin management are aware of this, how does this work? Our fist and last Westin experience.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Westin. The noise level heard from outside the room was unacceptable. The loud music coming from outside didn't stop until after 1am. But then you could hear the flush of toilets in rooms all around us all night into the next morning. The toilet flush is extremely powerful and noisy in the room and thus easily heard from other rooms as well. I was also disappointed in what was offered for bathroom toiletries. I've not been to a hotel of this caliber and name and not had the basic vanity kit supplied. It was also inconvenient having no mirror in the main room - only the mirror in the bathroom. This made it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. Also, the lint from one of the bathroom towels came off all over my body after I had taken a shower and was trying to dry off. I had to shower again to get the lint off - ridiculous. The only positives were the fragrance in the lobby, the bed was comfortable, & I appreciated the shower bench.

Nice and beautiful near a lot of restaurants and walking distance - we enjoyed the area and beautiful hotel . Check was at noon and wanted to sleep in but had someone knocking on the door at 9 am and trying to come into our room and housekeeping knocking at 10 am lucky we put the door lock so we didn’t have anyone just walk in .

Our second time to stay here, the first was our wedding night 14 months ago - this time for a concert at Cynthia Woods. The hotel is convenient for that, along with bars and restaurants.

They gave us a room that was still occupied, when we opened the room door we noticed opened bags on the floor, luckily no one was in the room, we immediately left and went back to the lobby to tell them of their mistake.

For the cost there was certainly nothing special about the Westin! And the restaurant located inside was awlful!

Love this property ! We have been wanting to stay by the Waterway for awhile. The pool was lovely and dinner at the restaurant was delicious

Very nice property and convenient for attending concert at the Pavillion. Was disappointed in being charged for WiFi AND parking. No "onsite" parking but garage within very close proximity. I assumed that both items would be included (my mistake). Will pay attention to the fine print next time I choose in this area so that I'm comparing costs accurately.

The night club next door played VERY loud music until 1 am. The hotel provided ear plugs, which helped some, but it was not anything close to a peaceful night's sleep. If you are going to be out at night, it is a great location and a really nice hotel.

Perfect spot, walking distance to Cynthia woods pavilion, moves and lots of restaurants. It was super clean and the check in was simple and fast. Everyone was really friendly. Will definitely stay here again

The Westin of The Woodlands is our favorite place to spend our time at. The Hotel is always clean, friendly staff, just a peaceful loving place to get great service and rest. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the room amenities are very acceptable. The area is safe for taking a walk in the evening and there are great eating establishments. My favorite place to book when in the Woodlands area.
