Location, proximity to event, value for $$, great staff
Quibbles…A/C system is quite loud and its cubby is next to the bed, positioning of the soap/shampoo dispensers so far forward/so low in the shower is not ideal, especially for lefties.

The place was nice, but not perfect
The coach bed gave me a sore back. I would never use it again. The bathroom access wasn't optimal because it was open from the room. I think that is rather fit for 2 people than 4.
