Overall we had a great experience. We got in really late, and thankfully our key was set out in a box for us. The room was very clean. Fairly dated inside, and beds were a little hard. Checked in late and left early, so we weren't there long.

All was well. Light on 4th. Floor at the elevator was not working. Really dark at night time. However, great stay. I will recommend and stay again.

just an ok place to stay. clean but definately needs some TLC. room humidity made the room very wet feeling and uncomfortable. beds were very hard and pillows were flat. they are pet friendly which i have no problem but there was a large dog with a loud bark that had obviously been left alone. very nice pool area across the street. glad we only stayed one night.

Great stay. Very Very Clean Room. Roomy space very comfortable beds, we slept great. Good Shower and towels Lovely spot with view of the water. We were just there for 1 nite. But would have loved to have stayed longer.

Nothing glaringly wrong but but general quality and experience was just ok

Great views. Only negative was most everything is closed for the season and the hotel didn't offer breakfast. It was suggested to go to the market and buy something and reheat in the morning. It was actually a great idea since the boat back was delayed due to fog.

I did not know it was off season. Only place to eat was Howards and they had "clean out the refrigerator"' Overly expensive' Staff was OK' The Inn was clean and comfortable

The check in process was easy, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable.
My only issue was that the room smelled like disinfectant, a bit overwhelming.

The location can't be beat. The view from the decks is to die for. A fabulous place to watch the sun set over Silver Lake.

Easy check-in, clean and comfortable. Great location, Great harbor view! Thank you for the Kuerig! Toilet did stop up aftet hours and no plunger available but ovetall fine.

I loved the check in and check out way they did things. A bit outdated and the furniture was at least 15 years old but for the price it suited our needs. Besides the loud drunk guy sitting outside all night long with his friends in that chair you provided, it was OK.

We loved our stay here - lovely room and amenities. Coffee center was lacking - not enough cream packets and the only one was old. All in all it was great.

Nice, quiet & convenient. Access to golf cart rental right across the street. Within 3 minutes of ferry departure. Employees very nice & accomodating. Would definitely stay there again!!

Very conveniently located near the ferry terminal (South Dock). This area of Ocracoke with the hotels, restaurants and shops generally has limited parking. Golf cart or bicycle would be better means of travel. The hotel has some age, but it is clean. The accommodations are average/standard. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful.

For the price, it was awesome. Right across the street from the marina where we chartered our boat. Check in couldn't have been easier. Also, when I called to confirm my reservation, Dale was very helpful. Great stay.

Room was clean. Hot showers. Convenient walk to festivities. Bed was very stiff. There was a see through gap in front door entrance. There was rust in bathtub and on fan in bathroom
Lots of extension cords, outlets are loose.

Good things: Convenient and close to everything, front desk staff was very kind.
Bad things: The first floor was very moist and wet. In the mornings the floor is so damp you can slip. WiFi was terrible, kept getting disconnected, the WiFi is disjointed by floors and slow, had to use my phones hotspot the whole time.

Since it was Sunday night it was quiet. The door had a large gap at the top. Wasn’t sure how many bugs could be getting in. The towels were very nice. The TV was a bit out dated and you couldn’t see the full screen on some channels. No guide!

There was no access to Microwave, the room had an odor and was moldy, the bed was worn out and sagging. There was no one to check you in just keys left in envelope at door. No breakfast facilities for travelers overall one of the worst places we have stayed in our travels and on we are using a total of 4 hotels and this was the most expensive

There was no human contact on the premise when coming off the 4:30 car ferry from Cedar Island. Keys were left in an envelope in an outside basket with your name on it. Anyone could have picked up the envelope and used your key and the room with no charge to them but you would have still been been held responsible for payment. I wasn't comfortable with this arrival procedure.

Enjoyed Ocracoke!

First overnight in Ocracoke. Had a lot of fun, this hotel is centrally located, and an easy walk or golf cart ride to most things. I recommend getting a room on the third floor or higher. We were on the second floor and the view is mostly blocked by buildings across the street though technically you could see the water. Also, with bad luck of the draw, we had really noisy people above us.

Due to the flooding of roads, and cancellations of the ferries, we were unable to arrive at the hotel.
After several attempts to contact the hotel by telephone on the morning of our reservation, we were finally able to leave a call back number - that was 3 days ago and we have not heard a thing. I then emailed the hotel.
Based on the weather and the lack of responsiveness from your hotel, we were requesting a refund. Good luck with that!
