It was ok everyone was friendly. The hotel was on the smaller side. They had a wedding party staying there, the lobby and bar area was crowded and extremely loud. other than that it was a good stay.

I frequently stay at this hotel. On my last stay, I found socks in the bed. This time, there was terrible water pressure. I love the staff at this hotel. They are welcoming, professional and always courteous. But the prices have gone up and the last few issues (socks and water pressure) have me thinking I need to find a new hotel in that area.

We were in town for a college visit.
My only complaint is the bathroom doors (king suite with sofa bed). They are frosted glass, sliding doors directly across from the bed. There is no way to go in there without the bathroom light shining directly on the bed. The door doesn't lock either.
This is important to know if you're traveling with kids.
Otherwise, the hotel was nice, a little dated. The room was clean. Breakfast was good, nothing surprising.

Our stay at this Springhill Suites is always great. The check-in is easy, suite is nicely laid out with nice furniture, bathroom is very nice, and the bed was comfortable.
The one issue was the knob to adjust the temperature in the shower. It kept falling and wouldn't stay so we tied a hand towel around it to hold it. Otherwise we could have been burned by the hottest water. We did report it at checkout.
The breakfast was delicious.

Property was ok. I didn't like that the hotel took a $250 hold on my credit card up front. Also when i went for breakfast - which ended at 10, I tried getting some juice while the attendant stoody by chatting. the pump didn't work because they turned it off exactly at 10 and it was about 2 minutes after 10. Even thought the attendant was standing there, she made no effort to help or make any exception. Instead, she was quick to point out that breakfast ended at 10, with no remorse or apology. WHile i understand rules, I also understand customer service and how important it is to convey to the customer that they are valued. I did not feel valued. Rather, I felt like an inconvenience.
Additionally, the water for the bathroom shower took a really long time to heat up, so much so that I thought the hot water didn't work.

Easy parking with various malls around in the area, lots of dining options. Great check in staff.

This was just an average stay at a hotel for the night. I booked it because of the indoor pool and traveling with four teenagers. We got there and the pool was out of service. They should disclose that when booking. Also, the hot water took about ten minutes to actually get hot. The toilet paper is almost not within reach from the toilet. Pillows were awfully flat.

My family and i had a very peaceful and tranquil stay. Most times i didn’t want to leave the room for much of anything. My family and I will be staying at this hotel again. Thank you.

There is only housekeeping every other day. We were not informed of this at checkin. Only discovered when we returned the next evening to an unmade room Had to return to front desk for fresh towels to use the next morning. Only then was I informed that there was not daily housekeeping. Very disappointed.

Check-in went smoothly and I appreciated the layout of the room - there's a couch and desk in a separate space from where the beds are.
However, around 10pm I decided to take a shower only to find that the water was lukewarm at best. This must have been an issue with the shower, as the water temperature coming from the sink was hot. I reported this to the front desk, and was told me that the maintenance man had just left for the night. The clerk found me another room on the 4th floor, and gave me a key. I went there only to discover the same problem, plus the heat in that room wouldn't turn on. Another visit to the front desk provided me with a third room, which had hot water and heat. All was fine after that, however, I will note that I had to pack up everything from my original room and move it myself to the new room. Also, I received nothing but a brief apology for the inconvenience.

Everything about my stay was great! It’s an updated hotel and very clean! The staff was absolutely wonderful. Their breakfast options are great and the breakfast attendant always go above and beyond. I will definitely stay there again! It’s now one of my favorite hotels to stay when visiting NY! I’m glad I discovered it.

An almost perfect stay. The only issue we had is that the shower water didn’t get hot. Breakfast, room and staff were great.

The desk staff were great and the room clean and comfortable. There was no hot water for showers the two nights we tried to take a shower. Security could be tightened. If staff are away from the front desk anyone could enter and take the one working elevator. The staff person managing the breakfast buffet was fantastic!

This was advertised as a suite. Its a hotel room divided with a desk with sliding glass panels.
Cube fridge, mini microwave and no true door on bathroom just a sliding barn door. No privacy.

Great room, but one coffee pod for two people doesn’t make for a happy morning. Also, one of the two elevators was out of service and a guy staying there frequently rolled his eyes and told us it’s been out for a month. Otherwise a decent hotel.

It’s close to everything and very convenient. The king suite is very spacious and bed is quite comfortable. Nice & cozy lobby. All in all a very comfy stay.
